Nice and easy process for installment. Installed a new radio entertainment system, dash cam, and back up camera all in under 5 hours which was great. Everyone was knowledgeable and the mechanics did a seamless job, will definitely come back for some new upgrades. Thanks to David and the rest of the chill staff.

This is a great place! I had a great experience, Patrick is truly amazing! If you want somebody working on your car you would want Patrick working on your car! Anthony, and the guys in the office were easy to work with. Did a great job with my BMW X6 Highly recommended!

Very bad experience. Dishonest and poor quality of both parts and installation. I can't believe I paid so much for this, but the lesson learned.

Great staff, they did an excellent job on my auto sound system installation, even tho I came in with a budget, Anthony was very patient with me and didn't exceed my budget, would definitely be returning for future installations and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Terrible workmanship 90% of the work they did needed to be fixed or done right

Battery terminals on backwards (they come in 2 different sizes to almost idiot proof)

Ground wire going to painted metal with 3 screws used to secure it smh

Wires badly spliced together or wired in circles duh

Amps mounted with 1 self tapping 1/4" screw in to paper thin fiber board

Dave is the man to see if you want something done on your car. He’s patience he has knowledge is everything. PNA Autosport is the place to go.

I have a 15 year old Mercedes that needed a new stereo and I also wanted to upgrade to a dash cam and reverse cam. Anthony's team expertly installed everything including a Dash kit and the microphone that came with the head unit. He also recommend a small but powerful JL amp and a subwoofer.

My system is up to date and the sound is incredible. The head unit runs perfectly and is integrated nicely in my car. I also had my break-light fixed and a headlamp restoration. I highly recommend PNA service for their professionalism, honesty and great work. I had a Joying snapdragon Android 10 head unit installed which I also recommend.

Just in case you have a network connection error with your android head unit when using mobile Hotspot, check that your network provider enabled hotspot and that the network plan supports it. I had to contact my provider and they added a hotspot plan and now the network connects.

Good place to tint windows staff are super friendly

(just a tip to the guys who tint measure twice cut once the windshield bra was crooked but they fixed it and made sure it was good!)

These guys really know their stuff. Great install of my new radio fairly priced and were able to trouble shoot why my smart start wouldn’t work in no time.

I made a return visit because of a concern I had with the signal strength of an antenna they set up for me some time ago.but I had no reason to be concerned with the treatment I received from Leo, Anthony, Eva and Angie in the office, or from Tony in the garage, because all were knowledgeable, courteous and professional throughout my time there, and I was treated with decency and kindess like what any customer would hope to receive when doing business in an area (like car audio) that he/she isn't so familiar with.

They are a pleasure to deal with whether by email or in person, much as they were during my original visit some two (2) years ago, and, if I have any further need for assistance with my car radio, I'm glad to have people like those at PNA to go to because I'm sure that I (or anyone) would get a fair deal in the end when all was said and done.

**UPDATE** I returned again over four (4) years after I posted this original review, because my radio had some electrical issues, and I'm thrilled to note that the new team of Dee, David and Anthony in the office, and Edwin in the garage, treated me just as nicely as before, with as much kindness, patience and understanding as one could hope for, so thanks to everyone there for that! Their skills and talents in the work they do with customers' radios is just as necessary - and valued - for customers as how they treat customers at every step along the way, and they've figured out how to excel at each without needing to devalue one while providing the other. Much appreciated!

My vehicle is a 2012 Mini Countryman S that had no factory GPS, now I have everything! Id also like to thank Tony, Dee and Eva for answering all my questions when I would call and get me set up with financing. Excellent white glove experience.
