They're so rude. Someone stole all the money out of my account to buy train tickets in a different country. The reps were all all so rude, end of my business with them. Such condescending attitude saying it's all my fault. Nope, I dont have to put up with this. Also, very inconvenient with only a few locations

Cashless bank with no options for withdrawal except from ATM. Staff try to be helpful, but there’s only so much they can do if you actually need service.

Not actually located at 200 Fulton St. It is next to it, so don’t go crazy looking for it inside Fulton Center. Next, if you don’t have many branches in the city to begin with, what is the purpose of having a branch WITHOUT tellers. Big waste of time. Thank you for nothing!

If you’re going to be a cashless bank then come up for a way to get specific denominations from the ATM.

You may be cashless but most parts of the world and businesses are not. Very inconvenient.

Extremely helpful and quick! I thibkni was in there under 10 minutes? Fastest ever at any bank. Also the associate was kind and quick, no extra talking and time taking, but not to the point of rude. Super kind. 10/10

Excellent customer service. Associates were extremely helpful to my relative while we were there.

Very helpful and friendly staff, opens early (7AM!) and closes at 7. Always a big hello when you walk in and ready to answer any questions or help with any concerns.
Convenient & great location near Fulton Center / World Trade Center.
