I had an excellent experience working with Tamara at Poljan Properties. She had a great knowledge of the area and strong communication skills with everyone involved. Tamara guided me through and organized the whole process of searching for and buying my first apartment in Brooklyn. She always responded quickly with helpful updates and continued to provide support after closing. I highly recommend Tamara as she always listened carefully to me, was patient and caring, and was extremely proactive throughout the entire process.

Danny and the team at Poljan Properties were amazing throughout the process of buying a home. I do not think I would have found and closed on a place without them. From helping with the co op application to advising on mortgage options, they were straightforward, kind, honest and helpful with every aspect of the months long saga that is nyc real estate. I recommend them wholeheartedly!
