To sum this review up, I pass two other equipment stores on my way to Pomona power. I choose to go way out of my way to them because of their fantastic customer service. They’re easy to talk to. They’re knowledgable. They are very fair and transparent on their prices. Iv bought numerous pieces of equipment from them and every time I’m there, They really do treat you like family. I’ll continue to shop there and will always recommend Pomona power.

I would not use these guys. First, they ask for a $90 non refundable deposit up front. I guess that goes towards the repair. They held on to my machine for 8 months to determine that they are unable to get parts. This location is recommended by Costco and the manufacturer as an authorized dealer. Although they are upfront with the charge and it is the customers choice, I felt that they knew when taking the machine that they could not fix it.
Will find another company to do my repairs in the future. $90 per customer is not a bad deal for them.

Terrible experience I brought in a pressure washer that I had purchased from them 4 months previously that wasn’t working they wanted over $400 to repair and claimed they needed to change multiple parts so I got a second opinion and it turned out nothing was wrong just needed a cleaning something was clogged with dirt
They wanted to con me into replacing a bunch of parts

I bought a lot of equipment with these guys for my house, excellent experiance every time.
