Pontillo's Pizzeria Hudson Ridge, Rochester NY

This pizza place puts many too shame. Delicious and consistent. Should be used as a template for their taste and readiness plus customer service. Clean house too!

It had been some time since I ordered from there because we moved. Ordered recently.
The pizza seemed smaller than other places, but it was excellent. The wings were also fantastic.

The pizza is always amazing here and the service is some of the best. I recommend trying them out when you have a chance.

The Driver from GrubHub put a sheet pizza on my stairs the pizza flipped off the stairs and we ended up getting a sloppy pizza!

I've tried all the pizza places around here and I keep going back to Pontillo's. Must be a reason. Don't forget, you get exactly what you pay for. Want a cheap pizza? Go to Little Caesars.

My fiance and I order from this pontillos twice a week and have for the past 3 years. We order online and after a crazy work day I ordered online this evening and when I got the pizza it had no cheese on 75% of the pizza. I had made an error and accidentally selected no cheese on half some how but there were only 2 slices with cheese. When I called and spoke to the manager Colton I was trying to express to him the mistake and see if there was anything he could do and he immediately interuppted me, before I was able to share with him what happened and would not let me speak and was very rude. I will never order from there again. Customer service is everything was very disappointed.

Save your money, I order $50 worth of food here twice a week and we just ordered and there was some sort of mistake on their ordering platform. You would think they would be considerate and remake a pizza for us. Colton told us "too bad". This is not the way you treat your customers. Thanks for the no cheese pizza. I'll drive out to Victor if I want to be treated like a human.

Love Pontillo's Hudson Ridge. Delicious pizza, Sauce is tasty and they have a perfect topping to dough ratio so even with multiple toppings your pie is never soggy.

Totally love the pizza here and the service is always top notch. I strongly recommend trying out their wings too.

I totally love their pizza and they have a great menu selection. I do love trying out their dubs and the prices are very affordable.

Did this place recently change ownership or recipes? The pizza was completely different than when I’ve ordered it in the past.

This is my favorite pizza spot in the city by far, their buffalo wings are out of this world.

I ordered a sheet pizza and they gave me a large pizza.the pizza was not as good like before.

Good food, but didn't like their watery buffalo wing sauce they use. Very friendly service tho!
