Last year around this time Rich and his crew began work on a custom designed inground pool. Before breaking ground, he was able to answer all of our questions and was upfront about costs. The pool construction crew was extremely professional and in 4 days their portion of the job was completed. I have since used them to winterize my pool, and I plan on having them open it again for the summer.

From the second we met with Richie we knew he was trying to give us the best value for our money! His team was super hard working and we are extremely happy with the outcome.

My 3rd season w/ Pool Doctor, and I am extremely happy with them! Toni and Nicole are amazing in the office. Rich & Mike are top notch too!

I contracted the Pool Dr to remove an old pool and install a new one. My pool was surrounded by a deck and the new pool was going in the same space. I was told that there would be some minor cutting of the deck required and I approved it. My deck was so butchered that I had to replace the entire top of the deck and several supports that were cut and left “floating”. The deck was not safe to walk on. Needless to say I would not recommend them to anyone in the same situation as me.

Didn’t even bother fixing a small area with sank concrete that was clearly stated on their work order. They just installed new liner on top of it. And several weeks later I received a complaint from my neighbor that they left while pumping out my pool. Nobody was supervising the pump and the flow of the water almost flooded my neighbors front yard. Would have been a good company if there was some sort of supervision. Overall the liner was installed nicely.

Great people, very accommodating. I would recommend the Pool Doctor to anyone that wants to install a pool.

I called pool doctor to replace my in ground pool lining, Nicole called me back immediately. Worker Came within a week to measure pool and order lining. Two weeks later the lining was in and an appt to remove water and install pool liner was made within days. The crew was meticulous, clean and knowledgeable. Thank you, Pool Doctor employees.

My family member had their liner replaced today and from the first phone call, everything was professional. They are reasonably priced and don’t try to overcharge you as other places. The men who installed were good and professional! Highly recommend!

They were my 3rd installer I contacted to get pricing and they were hired on the spot. Competitively priced and great turn-around time to scheduling me for the work. They were also flexible with install times. They showed up on time for the estimate and the install. Install went effortless and without any issues. They were done in a few hours even with framing out and leveling a sandbox for our concrete pad installation. I was definitely pleased with their installation service.
