Beautiful and fast costumer service. Food was very well cooked and prepared. Lovely people working there.

Chicken was good as always. The fries were obviously days old and refried very burnt. As well as the biscuits. Not good quality at all.

The food is good but this Popeyes may have the worst service ever. Lost my order and took them 20+ minutes to figure out

Old chicken old biscuits and they ratchet never go there again EVER! FOOD not good. Just batter a lot of batter yikes!

They forgot some of our order. We tried to call the store and can not get thru.

They know how to give you a pro service, clean around and friendly stuffs make your visit glorious and joyful.

Best Popeyes in all of NYC! Great customer service the staff truly are great! Only thing is sometimes they don’t answer their phone calls.please fix that only issue. Everything else is great! Big pieces of chicken and fresh too!

While I do find the fresh fried chicken satisfactory, it's the service that could do for a little polishing. Servers are impatient, short with you, and act agitated as if performing their job is a bother. Manager is cool though. Also, even though evenly priced @$2.99, they wouldn't allow me to swap one of my 3 sides out for the 1/4lb popcorn shrimp. Good food, subpar service at best.

I always go to the one on 75 Lexington ave and 25th Street down the block from Baruch College. They are Always Very Nice and Friendly with the same owners for over 20 yrs. I am So Happy that they're open and They're Very Clean. Always Packed but right now people/ customers are nice, polite, courteous and Wearing Mask. Chicken is Always Very Good.

If I can give no stars I will very disrespectful Indians they need to learn that this is America and not India and treat people with respect

It's poppeyes. Food wise they're good and consistent but the service here is sometimes slow. And although this isn't their fault, this isn't the nicest poppeyes. Lots of sketch people come here. Watched some guy literally assault this guy completley unprovoked and no one did anything ‍️.

No organization skills the orders took way longer even when you ordered online! I'f you don't want to be disappointed don't eat here!

Truly an awful experience. I ordered food through Grubhub today and I was missing an entire meal, 3 of my 5 drinks were incorrect and I received none of the sauces requested. Now granted, I gave them the benefit of the doubt as mistakes happen and called the store to have this rectified. After calling 10 times, they turned their phones off and started sending me directly to voicemail! How do you expect to run a business with such terrible customer service.

Thankfully Grubhub rectified the issue and refunded my money back to me. I will never order from this place again and have sent a note to my entire building letting them know not to either.

Went here after my racist encounter with Park Barbers and they gave me a chicken sandwich that was cold and not spicy.

I got my food instantly although this wasn't a positive. The 2 sandwiches I received must have been sitting in the bag for a long time. The buns were soggy and absolutely tasteless. The chicken was pretty good so I'd suggest just getting friend chicken.

Great food great place great area. If younever on your lunch break and you want something to eat that would fill the stomach popeyes is the place to go. Good customer service as well.
