Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Westbury NY

I drive for Uber Eats. Yesterday, May 26,2021 around 2: 30pm  I arrived at Popeyes Old Country Road in Westbury to pickup my order, when I quickly realized that in order to use their walkup window I would have to put my delivery bags, the food & drinks on the ground in order to organize the two orders I was picking up. I asked the manager could I come inside & he agreed. Inside the restaurant the clerks were about to pass me the food when the manager instructed them to NOT give me the orders but take care of customers in line first. I would understand if the orders weren't ready but 2 minutes earlier he was willing to squeeze them through that window. When I informed him that I would be giving his restaurant a low rating he personally passed me the orders. There seems to be a trend in the fast food industry of treating delivery drivers with less respect than customers when in fact we represent the customer and we can report negative interactions. Horrible behavior from the manager, totally unprofessional.

Great location.but customer service needs a lot of work. Managers are terrible also. Chicken is good but be wary of missing chicken strips.sometimes they count 2inch strip as one.

It is okay. Some cashiers are not nice at all. The manager seems to hide when chicken runs out. The guy seems humble but the worker suck at times.

Great food, ample parking out back. The workers are friendly and very fast, best Popeye's around.

Stopped again for a Sunday midafternoon snack. As usual, but even better this time around because we were hungry, chicken was hot, crispy, fresh, scrumptious. Best Popeyes in Qns/LI area. The staff was friendly and professional for being so young.

The place doesn't have a drive-thru. This review is specifically for the experience I had on 8/25/2018 at around 8pm, where I had to wait 20 minutes for my order. The staff did not provide an update and did not alert me that certain flavor ran out.

This is my go to spot for good food and cheap price. Popeyes always has some kind of special going on so it is cost friendly.

Awesome staff, very friendly. Clean location, great food. The staff members recognize me because I’m here so often and treat me well, everyone else seem to enjoy this location as well, a lot of people order to eat in.

Always an issue when I come here, no chicken or they screw up an order or something else. Need to find another location

I waited 15 minutes for popcorn shrimp for the guy in the back to say he never seen the order come through (receipt in my hand) and when’s i asked for my my money back since my order was going to take longer, he caught an attitude and just proceeded to make the food after I’m now waiting for 20 minutes now. I will never come back here!

I was trying to use a coupon that had no expiration date and they did not honor the coupon. Similar thing had happened in other Popeyes restaurants. They regularly issue coupons and when you present it to the cashier they tell you that they cannot accept it and they always come up with some kind of excuse.

Waiting for food worker they don't what they doing all so miss my order. I have give my copy of receipt to get my food

They took very long getting my food. When I went for my drink the soda machine didn't have any diet drinks. When I asked about this the manager said they were too busy to change the box. Not good service from manager.

Employees never greet you with a smile. They seem to have attitudes and they speak to each other in languages other than English. Makes me uncomfortable when ordering.

Always a new special to try; some are better than others but it's a great way to sample different menu items and get a meal for a great price.

I was really really hungry i guess it had to do with the fact that the Bud was great cause it had them chicken tenders tasting like the best thing in this world so I give it a ten hahaha.

My Wife & I are fans of Popeye's chicken, (and lately, the shrimp), we visited this location recently, parking was ample, & the bathrooms were quite clean & well maintained! This location is an easy reach from the shopping area's! Drawback's, this location is quite small, the overall layout is not situated well, the dining area can get cramped fast, the beverage machine is right next to the order counter, making accessibility hard when lines are forming! And they do form fast, wait time for orders is poor at best!

So Rude! The one is Lindenhurst is So much better friendlier staff. Not spending a dime here anymore.

They want to charge for sauce, if you ask for more then two. They way manager behave to the customers, it shows disrespect.

You can't buy the small pieces that the children like. Food is okay. So I go to Kentucky's fried chicken were I can get what I want and the workers are friendly.
