Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Troy NY

I was door dashing and waited a half hour, only to be told by the manager that someone else picked up the order. They need to get it together!

I always receive wonderful customer service here. The staff are friendly and efficient with getting the orders out quickly, but still cooked and put together properly. And of course, all of their food is sooo good.

Poor Custumer service, the Cashier i had could care less of my complaint, and i once again got my order messed up! Not worth the the increase in price either!

The food is delicious - especially the chicken sandwiches
I am giving the place two stars because this restaurant is plagued by poor management and has a history of running out of food on and off and you could be turned away with no food even after putting in an advance mobile order. We have a total of three separate incidences where the restaurant was our chicken sandwiches or chicken tenders. And these two items literally make up more than half of their menu.
Place needs a better manager.

Front Staff overall is great and they work hard to complete your order ASAP.

Despite the problems I still go there simply because it’s the Popeyes.

What can you say Popeyes is a step above fast food even though it is fast food. I have to say that the one in Troy is usually very ghetto but lately they've been very great my compliments to Popeyes!

Still one of the best two places in the area for a tasty chicken sandwich and a good price. Still hoping for a grilled chicken sandwich at some point.

When I ask for Buffalo sauce I mean Buffalo not cocktail, they always doing that with my mobile orders.

Its fast food so nothing amazing but the manager on duty labor day night was doing a great job of not only keeping the customers served but keeping the place very clean.

I'm giving it five stars because it was very clean, well-decorated, and the food was presented very well. This was my very first time at a Popeye's and the taste was ok but it wasn't for me-except for the biscuits, they were fantastic. It was quality and nicely done, it just wasn't my thing. I ordered a sandwich and it didn't have tomatoes so this was a deal breaker for me. Very clean establishment but seats were uncomfortable. I couldn't tell if you got free refills or not.

Little bit of a wait on Sunday around 9pm, but I the chicken was hot and fresh. I'm not too keen for Popeyes serving meat in the greens for the vegetarians maybe they need to try that option. Friendly service, the manager offered a free drink for the wait.

The people that was at the window was very rude and had no customer service skills at all. Food was very hot and fresh. But probably won't be back due to the rudeness I experienced

Food is always right on the money. A little disappointed with a small biscuit for$1.00; but the meal is still a good value. Only place that offered a free drink while waiting for food to be cooked.

Triple check your drive thru orders! We have gotten home many times with missing items from family meals.

I am from down south and Popeyes is a staple fast food! I have misses it so much then one day someone told me about the one in Troy. My name is Troy its in Troy.as if it was written in the stars. Nevertheless whenever I goto the VA on the way home I hit them up HARD. Always great chicken. 4 stars because this one is on a road that is hard to get back on to once you are off!

Trash. Ordered spicy chicken tenders got bland chicken with the soggy skin falling off. Fries were flavorless and tough and the biscuit was not edible my pitbull wouldn't even touch it.drink was ok though.

Spent 30 minutes waiting to get through the drive through. Took over 25 minutes for the first three cards.

By the time I got home with my order I found they had left out my biscuits.

I won't be returning anytime soon.

The counter staff was very polite. Food I ordered was made the way I wanted it. I will return to this place again to get more food.

They were too slow for a Friday night. Than to top it off, they didn't have everything needed to fulfill my order. Very disappointed
