I eat in this spot a lot since I work in the area. I love how the customer service is always good and they keep the place well organized constantly. Pricing is convenient and they serve large portions.

I went to get dinner yesterday my order was all correct. I went in today spoke to the manager and he corrected my order. He was patient and had empathy. I appreciate the service today. Thank you very much. I will come back again.

The cashier didn't understand me; It was hard to communicate with the cashier and the manager took too much time correcting him instead of taking orders himself. I left then walked over to Burger King ‍️

Food is good fresh oil changed on a regular basis communication could be a little bit better overall worth buying food from them

They disconnected cajun rice and corn on the cob. This place one of this days will have no side orders. How disappointed I was when she said that no more cajun rice. 4/29/21

Worst customer service, the drive through cashier messed up my order twice then give me a attitude because I corrected her

Bad food most of the time items missing even after paid through uber eats right paid items never arrive just today it happened

Oh ordered my food at 11: 00pm sharp from Uber eats it showed estimation of delivery at around 12: 00Am! That in itself should have told myself to cancel! I am trying multiple times to call them to reach out to them. But they are supposedly not there? There has been three drivers going to get the order. But still not received! I am still waiting

The drive thru service rep was excellent! Patient! Polite! And speedy. Employee should be given an accommodation for her excellent customer service

I asked for a Dr Pepper & got a lemonade, I ordered a 3 piece 2 thighs & a leg & got a thigh breast & leg. The French fries were not fresh & I had to repeat myself 5 times at the drive thru smh

Popeyes mobile order takes time, if you place an order and make sure to go up front and tell them otherwise they won’t call out the order.

The sandwich was not made fresh, there was at least 3 homeless people hanging around by the drive thu window one of the homeless guys had his hand all in his pants‍️meanwhile im just trying to order my food by the window. It kind of made me not even want to eat there anymore, but I was waiting for a while so I just bought the sandwich. Please make them get someone who work there to keep the homeless and druggie away from the window ‍️that ruins people's appetite.

The workers are very rude and the manager is an enabler do not spend your money here if you wish to feel good about parting with ur money

The women who was taking order in drive thru is such a mannerless women. She was really rude and forcing to take combo orders accordingly to her and when we denied she became so angry. Really disappointed.

Great location before you jump on the highway. Food was good. Had hand sanitizer in lobby. Store wasn't crowded and I was in and out with no issues.

Bought a huge #CajunTurkey there for $50
They come frozen and injected with seasoning. This will be my 1st time trying one since I had no clue Popeye's sold Thanksgiving turkeys. #girlfriends idea

I ordered through Uber eats and they forgot my sandwich I called the restaurant and a guy answered with a nasty attitude I tried to ask nicely and the guy kept saying that he deals with it everyday and he was very rude about it I will never order here again

The drive-thru here is ludicrously slow! There were 4 cars ahead of me and it took 27 minutes to get through the line. Luckily, I'd left home early for work that day.
The cashier had a problem with the money I gave her.she counted it 3 times & had to start over a couple of times. I ordered the special, 2 piece chicken with a side & biscuit (4.99 + tax = $5.43).
I gave her five $1bills, 1 quarter, 1 dime, 1 nickel & 3 pennies. EXACT CHANGE AND SHE COUNTED IT 3 TIMES. This is part of the reason the drive-thru is so horribly slow.
By the time you get your food it's just warm. No longer hot.

I ordered my food and when i went to pay i asked the lady for a cup with ice because i already had a drink and she tells me we cant sell you ice, i told her im not trying to buy it im asking you to give me a cup, she got an attitude. If she works serving people and can't deal with people asking for ice you need a new job.
