Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Buffalo NY

They was being super rude on drive thru will not be coming here no more I prefer going to the one in union RD that was ridiculous worker closed the windows right in my face.

After a few months of hearing about Popeye's chicken sandwich I decided to try it although waiting in the Drive-Thru line felt like a few months by it but sadly when I reach the window I asked the server to customize a sandwich just to find out it was impossible they didn't offer any customization options such as lettuce and tomatoes or cheese an the sandwich was off the rack and tasted as old as the wait in line it was lukewarm at best.

I just ordered chicken from Popeyes and they never give you the right chicken you ask for spicy they give you regular you ask for regular they give you spicy They got to be some of the stupidest people I’ve ever encountered encountered getting food from and one of you go out late at night they tell you they’re all out of everything

They take for ever your chicken hot and your all cold but not always but sometimes they don't do they job right but at happens

Popeye's has had my favorite fastfood fried chicken for quite a few years now. For a while, this location wasn't consistent with it's frying but I have seen an improvement so I raised my rating from three to four statrs. Although this franchise is doing what it can, it is my understanding that the company itself is the reason they no longer carry sides like greens, green beans, and pinto beans. That alone will always keep them below a five star rating by my reckoning.

Can't say anything about this establishment as I've never partaken of their cuisine. So maybe in the future I will have a chance to.

Worst worst qorst place ever. Management dosent have any system of working. I went yhere 2 tumes. And each time i had to spend hour and half and more for my food. Staffs and manager will serve ppl of their own color first even if they came last. And if you are white or brown, u will gave to remind them multiple times that what food r u waiting for. Most times they will have 8-10 orders ready on the front desk but another 10_12 ppl waiting there in front for their food but thise food are not even been started to process.

Tasty food ier chichi but there is ALWAYS something missing from your order, so make sure you double check. Especially sides n desserts, almost always.

I wanted give a shout out to Melody. She seems to be the go to for questions from coworkers. She is excellent at multi- tasking and took my order and had me out of there in no time. Excellent customer service at a very busy location. Thanks Melody!

Love me from some chicken from Popeye's but didn't go there I would be a regular customer if they were in my neighborhood as I was when I lived in the District of Columbia but now I live in Buffalo and they don't have stores in the city Only the suburbs while I don't drive

Slowest drive thru in buffalo! By the time you order and get to the window they are handing you cold food. They need a faster process because seriously never did it have to take so long to get FAST food!

Great food but the app doesn't work anymore so lines and wait times are rediculous. If it weren't for the wait I would give it 5

No fries, had to repeat order 5 times girl read it back right from what they had left in stock. Sat in line for 10min before I got to first window to pay. No straws with drinks and no ranch or Buffalo sauce like asked for. If it weren't for the chicken sandwich being accurate and edible would of been 1 star.

Longest FF drive through in Buffalo right now. They need a lesson from chic-fil-a on how to run it efficiently. Food is the same as its always been.

Always on point, " Greatest " chicken sandwich Period, just go and taste it for yourself.there's no comparison to any of the other competitors I won't even mention their names

Used to be number one in the fried chicken sandwich war, especially this location. But they are slipping fast. Chicken was barely warm and greasy with too much breading. Asked for a fresher sandwich and was given one equally as lukewarm. Very disappointing. Won't be back anytime soon

Food is excellent but the doors are always locked at the Elmwood location.the lines through the drive thru are about 20 minutes to a half hour. I would like to know why you cannot eat inside. Thanks
