Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen reviews
15People are sometimes clueless. Cheap with the sauce. Over priced for over greasy and iffy tasting food. Food at this chain was once really good but as of lately its been declining. Had the blacken spiced chicken sandwich (new), tasted awful and like it was fried in the same oil as fish and other stuff. Homemade mac and cheese was completely garbage. You get better mac and cheese from a box. New mashed potatoes are bland and lacking in every possible way.
Great place to go if you want rude service and finding out they don't have what you ordered until after you paid. First and last time customer
Just got my sandwich and it was raw! Trying to call and I’m not getting an answer! Absolutely disgusting
I had no issues. Everything was as expected. I had a 2 piece white meal, mashed potatoes and a coke.
They never get the order right! Food was cold and greasy. The service is like they can't be bothered with the customers. It was around 11 o'clock pm
First time at this establishment, it's a Popeye's slash Burger King which I've never seen before. Clean and comfortable with friendly staff. I ordered something from the main menu, and the cashier mentioned a better promotional deal which was cheaper than the menu price, and I found that helpful.
It's odd for a burger king to also be there but the food at the Popeyes is good and I like the open layout of the place
This is the worst location to order delivery from. Every time I order from this location on Uber eats they always forget my sauce and give me cold food. They expect me to eat my chicken dry? Never ordering from them again learned my lesson.
Service is slow at times. You have to ask for napkins. The Burger King side often has rude cashiers and certain items if you don't ask for condiments you won't get any what they have advertised in the window, when inquiring they say they don't have that particular deal.
It can be a hit or a miss. The line is long most times because of uber eats and other food deliveries. The soda machine doesn't have much options nor did they replace the missing items. The staff is trying their best and are attentive to your needs. If your hungry you can give it a chance and hopefully it's one of the better days.
Very greasy. Tasted like they don't change the oil often enough. Biscuits were rock solid. Wait time was pretty long for only 1 other person ordering there.
This Popeyes always takes forever whenever I come here, they either don't have any food ready or they run out and you have to wait long for them to prepare the food, half the time it's as if the workers are confused as to who gets what. Yes there was a lady taking her own sweet time to order but their sense of urgency is lacking and the store was empty. If it's that slow when they're empty I'd have to know what it's like when they're busy. That's one of the main reasons I stop going to this location.
Not that clean.very old looking. The food do not taste good like the other Popeyes located in Hempstead or Baldwin. I will never eat from there again.
A Popeyes/Burger King shared location. A high volume, bright and tidy restaurant with efficient polite staff. Fresh, hot orders always
Easily reached at the Queens/Elmont border.
Currently, no restroom access
Drive-through for BK only. The chicken tenders were not meaty; more like breading- tenders. The actual fried chicken looked good.
