Every time I go and ask for the 3 or 5 piece tender combo they give me more than asked, customer service is great and when I order I get my food less than 10 mins!

I went to Popeyes the chicken was very very tasty not hard and not dry the french fries was very soft. The cinnamon apple pie I didn't taste any cinnamon on that pie so it just tastes like a regular apple pie to me but it was good but I didn't taste any cinnamon.

This place gets very busy but it's not too bad. The food is usually hot and tasty. However, the customer service needs some improvement. They don't practice alot of common sense and that's the reason for wrong orders and angry customers. I had a order I place through the app for pickup. I'm literally the only person in the restaurant with my special needs son. A lady walked in behind me and order at the register. I say to the guy I have order 21. He just made it. By now, my son is getting anxious and I just need to go. He says let me see your phone, but I gave him the number and my name. My phone was loading slow because the service area is bad. By now my son is screaming and I'm like just give me my food! I'm not psychic how would I know all the info if it wasn't my order and why would you inconvenience your guest like that? They gotta do better with keeping the line moving and stop doing pointless things.

The chicken sandwich is getting smaller and smaller, yet more expensive. No longer getting that from Popeye's. The fries are still yummy, though.

You guys literally gave me an entirely different order which wasn’t the first time this is ridiculous & super annoying.

From the outside pulling up. Ain’t no parking #1 double park and the undercover cops will sure check u out. Ppl out front laid out others drinking etc this is Brownsville ‍️okay

The employees are charging for sauce and pocketing the money plus they always get the orders wrong and have the nerves to give you attitudes about mistakes they always make

The people that works in this popeyes doesn't practice proper hygiene. I see some deal with money and food. I even some not wearing mask or gloves and dealing with food. I called and complained two different times. It's obvious nothing have changed. Very disgusting!

They get a low rating from a lot of people because they are strict when it comes to coupons and a lot of people like to argue in this neighborhood, but I find them to be good and quick. They always give you extra pieces and the chicken stays fresh. The prices have gone up a lot but hey that’s inflation for you. I like this Popeyes

Slow service very unorganized the manager obviously doesn't know how to manage absolutely long wait times and they mess up your orders so people are coming back in because they ask for specific pieces of chicken and they give you whatever!

I asked for an original fish sandwich and n was given spicy after I asked the man twice was it spicy an f he told me no both times. I won't be going back there.

This place is the worst the The manager don't have no respect They need new management I would never go to this Popeye again this what happened I placed an order The Order came out to $21.76 the management going to tell me to Swipe my card again i I told him no because my card was charged It said on the machine it was approved Because he didn't get no receive he said that it was not charged But when I look at my checking account it said it was charged I had to call the police to get my order That was the most embarrassing day of my life never again Make sure you check your stuff before you Double swipe

The service here is pretty attentive. Although I do not eat this stuff they are very acknowledge Abu with servicing their customers.

They closed at 4am. I walk in at 2am and they say they don't make tenders at this time

I order 5 piece tenders and they give me 2 breast and a thigh. Also got my soda wrong! They always messing up people orders!

The service was kinda slow especially when door dash and uber eats arrive to pick up there orders but besides that the food is on point
