Gets the order wrong. Every. Single. Time. Charged for things I don’t get. Never includes dipping sauces that are part of the order. Completely busted and I’ll never do it again.
Just received an order I placed through Uber eats and can't believe they put everything in one box. I ordered the chocolate beignets in with the shrimp and fries. Who does that? That's so disgusting. I will never order from this place again.
Food was edible. Barely. Service was terrible. It's honestly worth going all the way to the location on Empire Blvd if you want Popeye's. Don't waste your time here.
Terrible experience and waste of $20. I ordered a frozen lemonade and it was completely melted and he told me that's all they have. Didn't even warn me before hand. I know it is extra and he wouldn't give me a refund. They are rude and don't know what they are doing. It was also filthy.
Kind of stinky in a weird way and I’m convinced they intentionally short me on biscuits when I order because I consistently would miss them. Staff is v nice though but on the medium to bad side of a fast food restaurant
Bad experience, order the meal, all I get was chicken, missing all the side and piece chicken.
I’ve had the ordered cancelled twice from Uber eats twice, an hour after I ordered it. Another time, I ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos; it came with only two sides and sodas, no sandwiches. Either they suck or Uber eats does. Maybe a combination. Don’t order if you expect it to actually come

They messed up my order so badly: (They forgot my biscuit, mac and cheese, AND the 6 cookies I ordered. I waited 20 minutes with just one person in front of me.
Decided to try this location on 2/14/2022. The worst ever. Opened what was supposed to be a large coleslaw and received this mini container, which obviously someone already began eating. Totally gross.
It's sad that this location is still in business.

WORST POPEYES EVER, WORKERS CLEARLY CANT READ. IM SURE THEY WILL NOT ABLE TO READ THIS COMMENT BECAUSE LIKE I SAID THEY CLEARLY CANT READ. THIS IS FOR THE PEOPLE WHO CAN. I ORDERED 3 COMBOS 3 SODAS, 3 MASHED POTATOES AND SIDE OF BISCUITS WORTH 52.69. THIS ORDER WAS SO HARD FOR THEM TO READ, THEY GAVE ME 1 COMBO 2 MASHED POTATOES AND 1 BISCUITS WITH 1 SODA. THE SODA SPILLED ALL OVER THE BAG, SO I HAD 1 SOGGY COMBO. THANK YOU TO UBER EATS FOR REFUNDING ME BACK FOR THE ENTIRE ORDER THIS WAS A DAM MESS. WITH ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ON UBER EATS AND GOOGLE, UBER EATS WILL STOP ADVERTISING THIS SPECIFIC POPEYES DUE TO HORRIBLE REVIEWS.
