Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Staten Island NY

Placed a mobile order and the daytime manager refused to make my order. Was asked 3 times what’s the name on the order. Had to cancel the order on my end. Popeyes credited my account. Thanks Popeyes, but your Daytime Manager has a very poor attitude. SMH

They treat employees like slaves especially the colored ones.the cooks are dirty they pick there scabs go right back to the food they touch the food barehand

Better fast food compared with the other choices. The atmosphere in this place is lacking due to the reverberation if sound. It's an echo chamber.
Also you need a coupon otherwise it's pricey for fast food.
UPDATE: Went again recently. The chicken tasted like sea food. They must have just fried some shrimp in the same oil as the chicken. Now the music was on louder and the sound was unbearable. I am not going back.

I came 9: 15pm 8/18 and the doors was closed who is managing this place a line of cars and no customers allowed inside. I can now confidently say it’s really over for Staten Island, back of the bush! Sad indeed.

HORRIBLE! I came here with a Popeyes gift card that was given to me for my birthday. After I place my order for me and my kids they tell me they don’t accept their own gift cards. How is that possible? I understand if it were another type of gift card but how don’t you allow me to use a gift card from your own store. Sad

To be on this side of the island to to be a drive thru very ghetto …. Went to the drive thru the woman taking our order sounds like she didn’t want to be there straight attitude…. We drove to the window the man knew his coworker was nasty he goes I am so sorry I will take you order we was like no thank you she was very nasty then she was walking pass staring in the window…. We then told her you was very nasty and unprofessional bad for business bad

Literally best Popeyes I ever been. Staff is friendly food always fresh and never been to a cleaner fast food restaurant. Every time I been it’s always clean

Over salted chicken, biscuit, and the rice and beans side.
Tables were either crummy or had gross dried streaks from some greasy rag.

Asked for a 6 piece combo.waited over 15 mins for my order, was charged for the wrong thing, a 12 piece combo, and didnt receive the biscuit thats included.

Everything is clean and new, there's ample parking. The chicken is just the way Popeyes chicken should be: hot, tasty, served quickly and with a smile from the manager. All the best to you *This review is for the Page Ave, Staten Island location.

Spent over 25 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me… I get to the window and he doesn’t even know my order they make it on the spot. Just terrible!

They say they open at 10am, walk in at 10: 45 to be told they don't open for another 15 minutes. May want to update your business hours. Not sure why these places on the South Shore are run like garbage. Just like Sonic next door

I buy from this store almost every day. Many times I got the chickens burned and not well seasoned. It does not taste good and is not fresh. Today I gave them the last chance and I ordered one chicken sandwich and it tasted terrible and burned!

First time there page ave staten island. 4 attempts at drive through they just would not give me everything I ordered and paid for. Chicken tenders ice cold, mashed and gravey ice cold. Never again. It's called bad management.

If I could give a 1/2 a star I would. I spent almost $70 on 4 lunch meals and took it home and found I was missing the sides. When I called they wanted me to go back within 24 hours or I was beat! I mean really? As I open one of the boxes my son only got 2 tenders instead of 3! Then a GM called me back from the caller id. I'm thinking to apologize and he states that on the camera it shows them putting the sides in the bag! I was like are you accusing me of lying? I mean really? Unprofessional to say the least! They told me they would refund my money within 5 days. That didnt happen! I called back owner identified himself and said I was misinformed that it takes 7 to10 days! Today is day 10 I called the cc company no pending refund nothing! So I had it removed and now Corporate got a nice call from me! I own a business and customer satisfaction is my main goal! Staten Island is the island of food and if you want your business to shine you better do the right thing! Horrible customer service, disrespectful owner & atrocious managerial skills! Will never ever give them my money again!

Order a 10 pcs chicken box and cajun fires, they missing the fires and the chicken box it was supposed have 3 legs 3 wings 2 breast and 2 thighs, but it turns out with 6 wings 2 breast and 2 thighs, no ketchup no salt and pepper, I will never ever order Popeyes from this location again!

Ordered a 5 piece but when I got home, there was only 4 pieces. I was so happy to have a Popeye close to home, but I was disappointed because there was a error even when it's not busy at all. Hope they will do better in the future

I went to the drive through and ordered a 3 piece chicken combo for $12.99. I was asked if I wanted a Leg, Thigh, and a Wing. I said no, I wanted a Leg, Thigh, and a Breast. I was told that it was going to cost me more. I ask why was it going to cost me more and was told because I was getting a Breast instead of a wing. I told them to cancel the order and that I won't be coming back.
