I found that chicken i remember i had when i was young and the taste is still there and it's good no at least a few things are the same.

Wait to long it's been running out of food you wait 20 to 30 minutes on order and to find out they out of the food you order don't like going there only because I door dash and now I remove order from my app after waiting to long

They close at 9. I ordered through the app and my delivery never came. I went to the restaurant and they were closed

Literally none of them were wearing their masks, they were slower than dirt, ignoring customers, extremely rude to customers, and screaming at each other.

In store ordering was chaotic. Customers who ordered after me were getting their orders before me and other patrons waiting for their food

Good food when they take your order. They stop taking orders through drivethrough early but instead of greeting you or telling you there closed they will just sit there and let you sit there trying to figure out whats going on then you try to call the store to see if they are in fact open they take the phones off the hook and will just watch you through the window. 2nd time I tried to order and this may be the last

I think they got new owners or something. The chicken sandwiches weren't as good as they were last time I was here. They're doing something different. Hopefully they go back to how it was if I order from here again

Well, I really don’t like to complain.but I’ll share my experience. Order took over an hour for online order, food was cold, and order was incomplete. If we come here again, I will set my expectations low.

Love it! Manager was great taking care of my complaint. I had the order wrong and clearly I was in a rush, he did not argue and fixed it right away and super-fast. He is 5 stars manager, the store is less. I am going to return here.

Staff seems unhappy. The food is often cold and a couple times at lunch time I was given a wrong order. Long waiting times. I love popeyes, I hope it gets better.

I love Popeyes Chicken y'all need to bring back the five dollar boxes with the biscuits and gravy mash potatoes

Food is ok when they have deals going on but other than that is too pricey. Drive thru was very slow.

Love their fried chicken, but the custtomer service is very slow. We went through the drive thru and the person working the pick up window nearly dropped the bag because as he went to hand it to me, he turned around to talk to a co-worker.

I ordered the 5 piece chicken tenders combo they didn't have unsweetened tea and asked do I still have to pay the same price and they said yes and the chicken was strips not tenders and the staff were rude I will not eat there and will tell people not to eat there ether it's not worth it

Our order was not correct, and the person behind the counter was not pleasant about correcting error. At least three other tables had issues with their orders as well. The toilet was plugged in the ladies' room. The chicken was delicious.

I love this Popeye's location. The staff is always friendly and it's almost always packed with locals. The food is always great you just might have to wait now and then.

Waited 25 min but it was worth it. On a hot day and Father's day shouldn't have costumers waiting that long.

In the past our family would call ahead by phone and order a large family meal with sides etc.to come pick up. Now they will only take catering orders by phone. Going into the restaurant to place the order means we waited over 20 mins, more chicken needed to be made, there was no spicy chicken included, and the request for specific parts was ignored. It was more customer dedicated the other way.

My visit to Popeyes Louisiana is always enjoyable.the inside& outside are always clean.the personal are so friendly.the portions are excellent & filling. I stop every time I am in the area.

They need some work all around. Mens room sink didnt work. Thats just the start. They had no drums on no pie, I was eatting in and I had to ask if they can put 2 in for me. She told me it would take 7 mins and I had to tell her I'd be still eatting so that fine. She told me I will bring them out to you and 10 mins had gone by and I had to ask her again. Sad
