Takes long to take orders and doesn’t wear gloves when touching food leaves food on counter while I’m waiting for my food 10 minutes after

You ask for a Breast they give you a thigh. You ask for a wing, they give you a drum. You ask for condiments they charge you. Bad Service, Bad communication. Just walk by

First time trying popeyes and the staff there are super lovely and kind! Food was great too!

DON’T EAT HERE Worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to! Got a spicy chicken sandwich and Mac and cheese the sandwich had no sauce and the Mac and cheese looks like it’s sat for weeks in the sun. Went back and asked them to fix it they said that’s how it’s supposed to be. I eat Popeyes all the time as a student I live on this stuff, he tried to refuse to remake it to fix their mistakes. It took another customer getting upset with them for me for them to actually do anything about it. If you want food with good service go to burger king next door they are actually competent

Serving up cold chicken. Paid extra for gravy to not receive it and the biscuits are harder than bricks. This place is a nightmare with food quality.

Ordered via Grub Hub, pre-tipped the driver 25%. Received notification that the food had been delivered, yet we hadn't received anything. Contacted the restaurant directly, they DID NOT CARE. They offered to replace the food.if, and only IF, we walked down (an almost 20 minute walk) with our receipt to have the food replaced. Grub Hub had to give us a refund as the restaurant did not want to take responsibility.

Chicken sandwich bread is always stale, fries cold and I ordered chilled lemonade and got the cheap lemonade. So make sure they give you the actual lemonade you asked for. 18 dollar order and I ask for a sauce they end up adding to my order and charging me for. I’m done with this Popeyes.

Ordered a chicken sandwich meal with a biscuit, they put the fries in a 8pc nugget box and barely filled it up with fries and my biscuit was missing

I just bought the $6 box. I got all the way home and One of my pieces were old like it's been sitting there and the other one was not done. I've tried to call but no one is answering the phone. Keeps going to voice mail saying they can't answer the phone. Smh I'm done with Popeyes one Dyckman.
