This place can be a hit or miss. Food is good but sometimes they’ll give me old chicken. The service there is okay, but it feels like they’re not really talking to you. Wait times can be long sometimes, I’ve waited over 30 minutes one time but if you order from the app, it’s quicker and efficient.

Overall, I’ve ordered everything on there menu. Chicken sandwiches are TOP NOTCH here. Their fries are great aswell. Signature chicken and tenders are great aslong as they aren’t old. If you’re every hungry looking for a quick and delicious meal, this can be a great alternative.

Very bad place Today I went to eat for the first time in this chain, when I ordered food the seller with glasses was not polite I don’t speak English I’m studying but he didn’t try to understand and explain, 2 after I wanted to go to the toilet to wash my hands the seller said that the toilet doesn’t work, but then the seller himself came out and opened the door with a key and came in, but he told me that the place doesn’t work; they already sell food, there must be a toilet by law. I think this place should be closed until they open the toilets, because you can’t eat without washing your hands.

Slow and unsanitary. Saw the cashier handle money and then went to prep box/tissue paper for the food without washing hands.

Sold me a tiny gravy for $3. Chicken all looks under cooked. I'm re-cooking everything now. I used to like this place but now service and food quality is bad. Definitely way different from when they first opened.

Got a family box of 16 pieces. Half was raw and half was old chicken. Horrible food. I got sick!

Seriously how is this place even opened? Each time I bought food from here my food was always under fried/undercooked. The chicken was either filled with blood inside or was not fried well enough to where the chicken skin was doughy. The fries are always old and stuck together, and the chicken nuggets or days maybe weeks old. Do you suffer favor do not buy from this establishment. Save yourself from the food poisoning.

The chicken here is very crispy and hot! They might get your order a little wrong but it's not that significant.i love the mashed potatoes with gravy!

Staff is slow and unprepared for dinner rush. Could use better training and 1 or 2 more workers at that time. Definitely overwhelmed with online orders now. 38 minutes to get my food.not good service wise.

Slow service and please tell me how Popeyes is out of Mac and cheese? You can't find in here because everytime you walk in they always have chairs on the tables.

The packaging is not up to standard, the cooking needs to be improved, I hope you can operate professionally

I ordered from this location at 1: 53pm 03/11/2023 at counter, and ready picked up around 2: 06pm, I found out they missed my “Cajun fries” in my order when I got home, and I tried to call the location many time but never pickup the call, so I left voice message, they never call back.

The wait was very long, the cashier didn't understand the order i put in, will not be returning

Slowest place ever! I went go get myself a sandwich and fries and it took them 40 minutes to make my food and they messed up my order and I had to wait for them to make it more!

Horrible Popeyes. They always give me burnt chicken or old chicken. Very rarely do they give me fresh and juicy chicken. You are better off going to the location on 18th avenue.

Do not go to this place and do not give them business. They have the worst customer service. They get my orders wrong every time, have Extremely slow and rude individuals working here. If I could give this place no stars I would. They cater to the asian food delivery service app orders over regular orders. Which is why regular orders take so long. There is zero communication behind the counter and kitchen. They need someone who speaks English and knows how to treat customers like people. They throw the food at you. I think it starts with management at the top and they must not care about their customers so why give them business. Avoid this place if you want fast friendly reliable good food. Also, even the place physically is always dirty. There are never any clean tables or chairs to sit on. If I was the owner I’d be embarrassed to call this place my establishment. Avoid avoid avoid.

The fried chicken here is the best that I've had from any Popeyes. The chicken is soft and juicy, the skin is fresh and crunchy. Staff are super nice too!

Used to be good. But they never have spicy chicken anymore. Every time I go and order spicy chicken, they don't have it. You always have to wait 15 to 30 minutes if you want spicy chicken.

I was craving for fried chicken and didnt want to go to 20th ave for it. Googled if there is another substitute choices nearby. Found this popeye on goggle but first was a little worried because ths review of bad customer service. But was really craving about it and decided to give it try. The staff is very friendly, although i took a quiet long time to decide what I wanted. They waited patiently and didnt rush me at all. The chicken is really good and fresh. I will definitely come back next time.
