Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen reviews
18 Just found a hair in my classics chicken sandwich. I bought this sandwich not the promotional free one from “tmobile tuesday” app.
This is disgusting and unacceptable. I will never go to place like this again.
The chicken it’s always crusty, I don’t like mash potato but the chicken it’s fried when we buy it.
I asked for the new shrimp meal being advertised and the cashier had no clue what I was talking about, even though it has been out for a week or so and they have the poster up. The manager had to finally explain to her what my order was and then It took about 15 minutes for my meal to be ready even though I was the only customer there. Smh. Also the worse corn on the cob I ever paid for. The corn at this location is not sweet and tastes like water, so lovers you might want to get your corn at another location.
Service took too long and there was unusual mayonnaise in my chicken sandwich. It tasted especially salty and kind of sticky in my mouth.
The place was dirty and the night shift was not organized the back areas where food gets cook wasn't clean
Food can take a while to get prepared. Should inform customers of accurate wait times before purchase is made.
I've had Popeyes before. Not sure why I decided to go in again. The food is really over priced. 3 piece combo for $10? Really?
I got it anyways hoping for superior quality. It was as good as the surrounding fast food restaurants but in a different way ofcourse. However.instant food poisoning.
On to the taste review. The food was okayishly seasoned. Really oily, as in I could see the oil shining. I could taste the flour as well, which felt unappetizing. The biscuit was great, the only thing good about the meal. The cajun fries were okay however, the portion was VERY small and not crispy at all.
Over all I felt I would ask 4-5$ for this rather than $10. Actually if you wanna spend $5 it'll be better spent at the surrounding fast food restaurants which doesn't give you food poisoning.
The restaurant was not interested in making me feel welcomed or valued. Their local special button also charges an additional. 99 for just some checks. Totally inappropriate.
They got shut by health department for Mental and health hygiene, very disappointing Popeyes. Corporate office should take notice of it and make sure it doesn’t happen again. Be careful where you eat, take care of your health first.
I wish they sell more chicken! Every time i go, they are always out and have to wait for them to fry more.
Not bad. But employees were too loud. I went there night time, because of that there were very few people and employes got nothing to do thats why they are chit chatting. But they were way too loud. Otherwise food was great. Especially mash potato. ️️
There is usually a line here. There never seems to be enough chicken prepared whenever I come and I have to wait for it to be cooked. Heard it was closed down by the health dept.
Popeyes is lit af, the only thing about this place is that its really empty. Like theres mad space in the center of the thing and all of the tables are pushed to the sides.
I've eaten here on-site once and the atmosphere was buzzing with office people on their lunch hour, but the space was clean and organized. Their staff was friendly, efficient and timely. Last Friday my office ordered from here last Friday for a random "Fried Chicken Friday" and naturally I was overjoyed (free food! Yaya!).
I tried their wigs for the first time, to be honest I was kind of dissatisfied. The chicken tastes bland and not crispy. The customer service were really good though.
Good food friendly staff. The chicken is good but the mash potatoes are the best thing on the menu!
I very much enjoy the Popeyes Food, as far as the establishment it's self, thats another issue, most these people who work in these fast food places aren't people friendly, always look like they on the rag, and don't smile or greet you. Well thats my opinion!
DON'T EAT HERE. Worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. The staff is very two faced and it looks like they hate their lives. I've worked at restaurants and I know when someone spits on your food and it happened to me. I started noticing their attitude when I had to keep reminding them to give me sauce EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDERED THE SAME THING. Even that they would purposely get wrong. I had to start checking if they even gave me the right thing. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN.
