Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen reviews
27Food is good for the price but good thing I checked my order when I got to my car because they forgot my fries. BUT they did give them to me when I walked back in. So no harm no foul. ALWAYS check your take out order no matter where it is, even fancy places.

The worker or supervisor there messed up my order and charged me more for less items on my meal. All he could do was say sorry. Horrible customer service. Never coming to this location again.
You should not go to this place, I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches today and it was very cold and it wasn't good this was 5 mins ago, this was in the drive threw that I got my chicken I am very angry. Also I tried contacting the store but they didn't answer.
They never never never answer their phones, i called them 4 times concerning my order for uber eats and no answer. They obviously sent me my food with no sauce. Also they are very cheap and stingy with the sauce. Theres no option on the app to even get it and when you call them they don’t answer. Horrible!
The service is quick (most of the time) and the food is great. There was one time they forgot the sauce but that's like over years of eating there so I think it's acceptable.
My experience was terrible. Staff was rude, didn't give me ketchup. Chicken pieces were practically not worth mentioning.
Popeyes shares the place with Burger King. The Popeyes side is almost always busy. Some of the staff are not particularly professional.
Very inconsistent quality of fried chicken, the property value of this area will decrease if they keep making such bad fried chicken! All pieces are overfried, biscuits are stale. I think I have to drive to college point to have good Popeyes.
The food taste like any other Popeyes but when I asked for a cup, she charged me 2.17 without soda. I told her to keep that cup n gv me my food and this is why I gave two stars.
Ordered twice from uber eats.both times they didnt send my biscuits and gave me a refund instead.not happy with them right now
Just did the drive thru this time around. Busy but they kept the line moving well. Their popcorn shrimp is awesome for a fast food place.
Literally the absolute worst service. They messed up my order twice. The sandwich had an unusual smell in the bread. It was so bad that we threw out half the food and left. What not recommend! Instead go to the Burger King next door.
Food is always great but you have to always double check your order because they tend to stew it up at the drive thru.
Popeyes is not what it used to be. Very disappointing.
Chicken used to be great, not so much any more.
Ordered the 11 piece special and chicken crust was very hard and too salty to eat. I love Popeyes chicken over KFC and Bojangles but unfortunately quality control is not very good. The last time I had chicken this bad from Popeyes was in Georgia while the best quality is usually made in Hempstead, Long Island, NY. Go figure!
They had everything and their food was great, but they didn't have to ghost pepper chicken. I got excited to try it because they had a poster outside, but there wasn't any.
Long time at the drive thru, person on the intercom sounded like she couldn't care less. An for my sauce for my chicken tenders. Go down hillside in either direction you'll find fast food places. Don't waste your time
It was alright most times, the last time the girl that took my order didn't get my order right. Not sure if it had to do with language barrier
The food is good, the service could be better. There is ALWAYS a line. I don't know why the cashiers don't direct the lines. There are 2 cash registers and one big line, I never understand that. And the bathrooms could be updated.
