Had a awesome experience in this spot with my kids. The food comes out rapidly and the service is just fantastic. Prices are fair.

I absolutely liked their dishes and customer service, awesome area next to my residence. The staff members are always very nice. Will come visit again.

Customers choice is poor when making selections over chicken pieces. This should be written in the menu. Ex. 3 pcs W/L/T (wing, leg and thigh).

Quality of the chicken has gone down drastically, I find myself growing away more then eating right down to the bone. It used to be much better don't know what happened.

Well I used to live in this area and I'm used to buying from here. So today I was absolutely confused when I bought the 11pcs and the chicken was rotten. It was completely inedible, I had to throw away the entire thing.
When trying to call them, no one answered. So tmrw I will be going in and making a complaint.
Will not be buying from there again.

I love their crispy chicken and rice with beans.fast and reliable service.but ti missed the double dine. That used to be my favorite order. Now the menu has changed so when I go then I decide what ti get sometimes it's hard to choose because you have to choose everything separate and when your finish it's more expensive than what you expected.

We arrived at this place for dinner.my friend recommended this place. Well, it was very nice. The staff welcomed us with a smile and we had a great feeling. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we shall definitely come back again. Warmly recommended.

Food was pretty good but not enough tables and no restroom. At least have a hand sanitizing dispenser.

I ordered from her right now and the fries were mostly burnt. Check your take away order before you take it.

I got sick twice from having food from here. Ridiculous hygiene standards. If you don’t want an upset stomach don’t buy food from here. This place is the worst franchise I have been to.

Bought the family meal last night, chicken were undercooked. Got very sick after eating it, employees at this location are cheap with tissue and ketchup they don’t want to give them out, need better customer service.

Popeyes is go to place for me when I want fastfood. The fish, shrimp with French fries is official. You can't forget the hotsauce.

Nice place. Management is exceptional. The only issues are concerning the size. Seating is very limited. And the way it is set up the line is difficult to figure out for first timers. But the food is good (it's Popeyes!) The staff is diverse (reflecting the neighborhood) and the staff is nice. Everyone deserves props.

Just had me some popeyes.and loving it.always fresh and hot.its one off my favorite place but not the last.

The worst place after buying a $12 meal I asked for one sauce they asked me for $1 I said are you guys kidding me, I go to Popeyes all the time I'm a good Popeye customer but this location they're so cheap that they will charge you $12 for and still ask money for the sauce I took a picture or for the sign they have they want to charge $0.29 plus tax for One sauce even after purchasing a meal and this is not I'm not talking about I'm asking for extra or anything like that do not come to this location there thieves. Oh and by the way they did not have unsweetened iced tea also that was part of their menu, when I ask for unsweetened iced tea the girl behind the counter told me you could put a lot of ice in the sweet tea funny!

Second time this happened, bought a 10pc got 2 breast 3 thighs 4 leg 1 wing these people cant use there wisdom tried calling they pick up and hang up phone, i live a distance away so it make no sense driving back in the rain poor service

Good Chicken Tenders and Popcorn shrimp but stale chicken. Ordered a 10 pcs for the family and almost all the legs tasted stale like it was there in the morning or day before. I wish there was a KFC there instead.

Wonderful place and everyone is well respected but only one thing is that the hours they need to open a little more early is the morning because maybe someone want some thing to take to work or something

Wonderful experience from both cashier and server they were very patient with me as I was unsure what I wanted then I changed my choice of juice three times and the lovely lady was like don't worry that's fine
Which is never the response I get I was so pleased with the service I will definitely be back

Poor chicken, close early, and more expensive than other branches. Still they're at a popular location, right off the A train to lefferts so it has that going on
