Always good. Only thing you can really rate in a place like this is how often they screw up your order. Mine is always right so 5/5

So very extremely disappointed didn’t get a 16pc box meal like I ordered and since I live so far away I couldnt just go! Won’t return to this place

Great fried chicken- though they were 'out of wings' late night when I ordered a 5-piece- even though I got one in my regular 4-piece. Fortunately, that type of thing doesn't happen a lot

As always I loved it. Breast, mashers w/gravy and a hot biscuit with butter and honey. Not to good for the waistlines but the belly loved it.

Best. POPEYES i have been to. Evetything is Hot Fresh and ready. I have met the Management. Mr. Nawd and
Miss Spring. Believe me.they go out of their way to make sure that place is the best exerience possible. They even treat the other employees with respect.in front of customers. (rare.in fast food) I for one.hope they keep the $20. Family box special. (hint hint)
Place is the about the cleanest possible.also. Yes.we eat there 1 to 2 times a week

Shadiest most ghetto Popeyes I have ever seen. Colocation with a beauty shop and abandoned storefront. Divethru goes thru a alley.no joke. Bums in the parking harnessing customers for handouts/food. Ordered tenders and i had to drive around and wait. Seriously? One of the most popular items on the menu and they didn't have it ready to go. However.food was good, hot, tasty. Just proceed into area at your own risk.

I was given chicken wings and thighs instead of strips that I ordered. Also got the wrong sauce.

Was not to bad chicken was pretty spicy though. Which I liked but children may not. Also did not have the best customer service. But for fast food I would go again

Order is always prepared quickly and accurately. The Manager is friendly and accommodating. When it comes to service, this is one of the best fast food franchises in the area!

Food was awful. Strong odor of marijuana in the air. Ruined any future visits from my family and anyone else we tell.

Oh yes this was one of my favorites but I don't know what happened to the prices in NY I liked taking my family there but now to eat there and feed my family the price is just a bit to much the money I spend there I could have went to a restaurant with waitress

Every one in that place should be fired and hire people who knows what there doing Every time i go get food they always mess something up or have me pull to the side for my food and never come out their service sucks and is nothing but gettoness.

Clean seating area, friendly staff, very fast and efficient service, and the food is great. I try to go whenever I can.

Employees need to be upgraded. The worst customer service experience in my life. Not good ppl. Best service Albany store. Schenectady customer services is rude and ghetto. They need to do a drug test. It should not be hard to drop chicken into a fryer and have it fresh and hand out napkins. SMH! This service is the worst and we didn't get lunch spent 30 minutes for nothing. Never will go there again. I hope it closes soon!

Just wished we had one here in Clifton Park or Halfmoon. Would definitely eat there more often.

Everything is spicy or downright hot. Even the side of mashed potatoes gravy was spicy. Not a fan of spicy food. But if you like that tho of food.you will love Popeye's!

Absolutely, hands down the BEST fried chicken. When you're looking for good fried chicken quick, look no further. Always a treat to go here.

The morning staff on 01/11/2018 @11am, were extremely kind, neat, and did their jobs very well!
