Cajun fish sandwich not up to expectations. Fish flavorful, cajun spice? Not. Fries, tasty, cajun? Not!

Amazing food but very terrible service they never hear what you say and almost always get your order wrong in some way

They are more than just a delicious spicy chicken sandwich. They have amazing Cajun fries and yummy biscuits.

Today near close, I purchased a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Big mistake. The thing felt & tasted like it was a week old. The bun was extremely tough and crunchy. Never going to this location again.

Went there the chicken I was given was still frozen plus they forgot the sides twice in my order. The service is awful. When they had there grand opening it was good. But now it’s horrible.

First time ever, just wondering is it normal to just dump the cold fries into the bottom of the bag, and had to microwave the fish also cold

The past few times I went to this particular popeyes they messed up my order the past three times I don't never get exactly what I ordered and it's messed up especially when you're paying for something you don't get I'm so done with the popeyes on Brewerton Road I will never go back there again

Food always good and friendly customer service (cust svc should get 5+)! If I had one complaint, I wish there was less batter on chicken tenders. But otherwise if you're looking for a quick fast meal this hits the spot.

First time there the service was great and fast and the food was really good the rice and beans where amazing

Second time with bad service. Ordered food, got home and noticed wrong things in bag, called an they said come back, mind u i dont live close to them.

The tables were not wiped, the chicken was good but the pieces should look like the ads. Not scraps.

"Love that Chicken from Popeye's. " I like my fried chicken spicy and they do a pretty good job with that. I got my son the Chicken Po'Boy which didn't last very long. You keep doing well and when I crave fried chicken, I'll come visit.

1st time ever, having Popeye's. It was good, I liked the spicy chicken better then their "original" nice twist on the coleslaw,

Pleasantly surprised. Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is probably the best fried-chicken restaurant in Syracuse. I ordered a 4 piece combo with chicken tenders and cajun fries, also with a Dr. Pepper. They got 3/3 items correct.

Got the three piece chicken with mac and cheese the biscuit was delicious the chicken crispy juicy well-done.
Recommend if you're driving by stop in the food is great!

Didn't have 3 items on the menu. Got my order wrong, ordered spicy tenders and got regular chicken when I asked to exchange them the manager said "what, you don't eat chicken on the bone? " Got my tenders and they weren't spicy. Went back up and the manager wanted to see my recipe and the girl who took my order said "don't look at me, I didn't pack your box". Just an overall bad experience. The biscuits are awesome though.

The staff is great! The business itself is too limited. Needs better management and supervision.

Tasted like microwaved food. Dry and just plain tasting. Don't know how this is such a big franchise.

Service was poor, before my husband and I finished ordering, part of the order was put on counter. Restaurant was cold and he should have waited til order was complete and paid for before putting partial order on counter to be exposed and sit for minutes on counter top to lose heat

It's chicken.the tenders are better then KFC, and they don't try to hide no meat bones in the middle of your order like KFC
