Porsche Huntington, Huntington Station NY

Brought my car here for emergency service due to coolant leak while traveling to Long Island from out of state. Unfortunate that it happend at beginning of holiday weekend, however they didn’t even look at the car for two full days in the shop, over the weekend, and couldn’t even promise to look at it on the third day.

Not gonna risk it. I had it towed to another service station where it was diagnosed within 2 hours.

Awful service and lip service. Not what you should expect from a Porsche dealer. I do not recommend Huntington Porsche.

We had a great experience at this dealership. Sean Tjepkema, the GM, was incredible throughout. The whole team was excellent from the moment we walked in. We got a Taycan and because of the shortage of cars we elected to wait a bit for it. Porsche Huntington was great with helping us design the car and communicated often about the delivery status. They have us a great deal and we’re pros through and through. That is not something I often experience when buying a car. Really good dealership and great people!

A very professional operation. I was helped immediately, and the work for which I brought my vehicle in was completed expeditiously. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. My service representative Denise was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and kept me informed as to the progress on my vehicle. I highly recommend Porsche of Huntington.

Very nice selection of excellent cars. They didn't have the used car I was looking for, but willing to help me find it. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had a 918 Speedster on display (for sale). A must see for any Porshe connoisseur.

As always, I had an outstanding experience at Porsche of Huntington. My service advisor is Denise Tavarez. She is courteous, pleasant, accommodating, efficient, and professional. I had my vehicle in for service. Denise was very quick to provide me with a diagnosis of the car including upfront cost estimates. There were no surprises. I had a busy week and was unable to pickup my car when it was ready, but she had accommodated for me to return the loaner and pick up my car after the holidays. I highly recommend Porsche of Huntington as well as my service advisor Denise Tavarez for a first class service.

Everyone in this dealership is friendly and professional. I bought a new Macan from Darren and he was super helpful. This is the 2nd Porsche I bought from him. Anisah helped me with the finance and it was the quickest and easiest process ever. She was kind and explained all the warranty and maintenance packages. (I ended up getting the tire and wheel protection plan because I’m going to drive and park it in the city). I felt very comfortable working with everyone at this dealership and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the New York area.

This group certainly knows how to take advantage of someone during a hardship. We picked up our car days after a death in family. Due to our own negligence we were sold many unwanted “additional” packages. Items such as extended warranty and an extended maintenance package, which is useless for us because we trade every couple of years. Anisah Bacchus is the culprit.

Once we reviewed all the paper work, we called and tried to cancel these items. We agreed that anything that was physically on the car had to be paid for, but the warranty and maintenance weren’t needed and haven’t been used. Through repeated phone calls Anisah Bacchus said the items couldn’t be canceled even though their contract states it can.

This dealership is a one and done. To aggravate matters I was personally recommended to the dealership manager, Stuart Brenner, by his childhood friend.

Never would I consider buying from them again nor would I consider recommending them. In fact, I invite any readers who are looking for a Porsche to consider any other dealer.

Bad Business

I walked in the dealership thinking about trading in my 2013 Cayenne. Mark Tuzzolino, greeted me at the door, discussed my options and worked with me to find the perfect vehicle. His expertise was top notch and he helped me decide what vehicle would suit my needs best. Everything was perfect! We are now enjoying our new car. Nice job Porsche of Huntington and thank you Mark Tuzzilino!

Shaun Tjepkema is the best most professional service advisor I have ever dealt with. Also Kelly Brach is just as attentive.

No one could find the problem except these guys. Always kept me in the loop and the job was done under budget, even though it took two weeks. Sean is a good rep.
