Terrible experience with one of the teachers there - my child is in a beginner’s class and the teacher let him sit on a chair on the ice for most of the time. When he did fall - the teacher was too preoccupied with other students to even help my child get up. He was crying on the middle of the ice for a good minute. Terrible experience. When we confronted them - the teacher said she didn’t have ability to handle that many students. It was 4 students in a beginner’s class - if you don’t have the ability don’t open a class for 4.

Went here for a skating with Santa event. Was having a nice time despite the small size until one of the workers (older lady with long blond hair) decided to rip out from under my son (literally) the skating aids (plastic chairs) my he and other kids were using (and others had been using for half an hour).
She was beyond overly aggressive with out any warning to the point parents were staring in shock not believing what they were seeing. If my son were hurt I was be suing at this point.
I found a guy who stated that he was a manger, who proceeded to tell me that the aids were not supposed to be on the ice anyway, but perhaps she was a bit hasty. We are talking about 5-7 year old children, no words of warning (like excuse me) to them and causing them to fall.
I told him she needs to apologize to a few people and learn to say excuse me. I am sitting here watching, still no apologies to anyone, she is still frantically roaming the ice, and knocked two kids and counting over so far.
I think this place needs to train their staff a bit better and be a bit more understanding for new skaters, especially if that is the clientele that they claim to cater to.

Family owned establishment that taught all my kids how to hockey skate. Great people. Neighborhood gem.

Had a fun hockey experience. This rink is a little dated but if you are looking to get on the ice and slap some picks it certainly does the job.

This place is literally awesome. The staff is super friendly and nice and it is a prefect community to go skating. The owner is super nice and is always around to help you. Highly recommend this skating center. Very satisfied.
