Post Office Processing & Distribution Center, Queens NY

LAST YEAR I ORDERED 300 WORTH OF SHEIN AND IT WAS SENT HERE IT HAS BEEN HERE FOR OVER A YEAR NOW THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR PACKAGES SENT TO IF IT FETS SENT HERE IT WILL NEVER COME BACK I WILL BE SUEING THIS PLACE SOON

Everyone on here is complaining that their package took forever to leave this place. During covid they probably had a tough time getting workers. I ordered a package and it was only at Queens Distribution Center for 13 hours then it got delivered to my local post office. My dad used to work at this place too it’s really not that bad. Very quick service every time my packages get sent through here

No stars deserved because this facility does not deliver. On 7/3/21 at 10: 12 am I overnighted a piece of mail to a relative.delivery date on receipt was 7/4/21 @ 6pm…the cost to me was $38.85. PER TRACKING, IT WAS PUT ON A TRUCK ON 7/4/21at 5: 49 am at the Queens distribution center and it is still not delivered and it is now 7/6/21@ 11 am.). I should have jumped in my car and delivered it myself. I realize July 4th is a holiday, but if it couldn’t be delivered on that day, it shouldn’t have been promised. This is an example of another failure of a government agency to live up to its standards. I am requesting a refund. What a shame!

Oh man these reviews just confirmed my fear.my packages is coming from Switzerland and said it was stuck in queens for 5 days and each day it said it was going to be "delivered today" so today I filed a complaint but to be honest I just want my item I don't care about anything els I just want what I order to be delivered

Yep, idk why this place isn't shut down yet, where are the packages, just know that everything done in the dark comes to the light, ur taking merch that doesn't belong to u

Have been waiting for my package now for a month. 4 days ago, received notification that it left this facility, to get another notification today, that is has left this facility. What the hell is going on there? !

Package eventually did come, shipped on Dec 4th, received on Dec 21st.
Yeah.some even longer.

I ordered a package 12/11/20 it’s now 1/7/21 and I still have not received my package, I checked the website and my package had been in this distribution center since 12/22/20, I also ordered another package from a different location and everything went smoothly, so I know that it is this place and not the usps system

Very Respectful Stuff's & Get Job Done Properly But Honestly I've Never Experience Anything Negative About Great People. Keep The Good Work

THIS POST OFFICE IS THE SLOWEST MOST DUMBEST MOFO's I have ever seen or heard off! They are so incompetent that might as well have People with special needs work here! I think they are more able in sorting and reading the mails/packages properly.

Expect your package to be lost if it goes here. 4 packages this year (now 2nd week of March) were either delayed several days or lost.

I honestly dont agree with a lot of the reviews because when i order stuff and its shipped through USPS it usually comes in early

My package arrived at the distribution center to be sent to my Manhattan post office according to the tracking info and ended up going to Virginia and hopefully I will get it soon.

Terrible service and the front desk lady had an attitude which did not help the overall experience, just don't go there unless you're ready to wait until the lady is finished with her phone calls and give you attitude right after.

Packages go here and then they just stop. Waiting for a package that should have arrived days ago. Seems many people have packages that go here and then disappear! Why isn’t this being investigated!

What is wrong with this place, really are these people so incompetent that they can’t read simple words that are literally in front of their face? How dumb do you really have to be? Always delayed, and look at the reviews everyone gives this place. To the people that work their, please be proud of how stupid you are that you can’t follow simple instructions that a 1st grader could do better. Embrace it.

Over the years, I've lost well over $1,000 in merchandise coming in from Germany. Most recently, a package went to the distribution center on November 23rd and got "lost" there. It's been two months, the USPS refuses to do anything! I believe all of these items are being stolen and kept by someone and they need to be investigated! If they were lost, at some point they would turn up and be delivered late.

Doesn't appear it could suck all that much? Does the mailman dude have bad breath or grungy teeth and fingernails or something? Wow.

I don't really have the same experience as the one star, but every time a package ended up here, it was fine.

My package was delayed because my enclosed was opened by employee. Terrible services and no official explanation.
