I use this location and the others in brooklyn as well. Such an easy and convenient service to just drop off packages already pre-labeled for any shipping company! And of course you can buy postages from any company. And I've used them in the past to ship a box to Russia for family.

My packages always get to their destination. Great service when the older guys are there, not so much when the younger guys are there. Older guys are pretty friendly and helpful

This is the worst place why call yourself shipping center when you can even do a QR codes for this type of shipping companies of FedEx, UPS or anything kind! This place should be only dropping center. Very very rude people and starting shouting at me I don’t have printer to print the label. Most lot ppl of don’t have one. Very stupid guys here honestly don’t know what they doing. Read this before going there. Not very nice people at all. I came long way to carry my boxes and get rejected.

My wife went down to get a FedEx priority envelope shipped and was charged $50 instead of $11. Don't go down to this establishment. I can't believe in this day and age some can get away with things like this. You should be ashamed.

Today 6/27/22 I went into Postman Joe and received high level service. I have been to the store about 4 times and each time the staff including today was courteous and helpful. I truly appreciate this establishment. Thank you so much for this convenience!

I received a phone call about a package being returned to them that I sent in November 2021. I told the person I would be there on Saturday. When I went on Saturday, the kid told me he knew nothing about it. I told him to look. Nothing. I made him call the manager, who knew nothing. I was so disgusted I told them never mind, keep it. Worst customer service. I'll never use them again.

This is the best mail service! Very good location and great staff. They always helped me with packages. The staff is very friendly and professional. And a very good boss who helps the clients.

These folks are really considerate, patient and kind! I'm not usually in this area but if I ever need something packaged and shipped out again, I'll definitely be back!
