Instead of just saying they are sorry for not warning a patient about the hidden charges, in the owners’s answer there’s a straightforward lie about not including X-ray into the charge… people have no dignity at all
Now about the work done - it is very far from stellar indeed, the dentist scratched my gums to painful bleeding to remove the excess of the glue and it still feels uncomfortable.
If it were a great dentist experience and I planned to return, I would have agreed with that super extra charge. Almost half a thousand to glue back your crown is not that a very big deal, if it was done well.

Shocking experience!
. It still seems unbelievable, that I had such a conversation at a reputable, as I thought, place…My question to the receptionist, Maryjane, was to explain the hidden charges for gluing back my fallen crown …. Instead of an average rate, common for our Greenwich/Bedford/Armonk area for such a regular thing, I was charged like 3 times more…The work was done during the usual weekly hours, not at night or on Sunday, so I truly wanted to know why… I wasn’t prepared to what happened next - Maryjane, absolutely not listening to me and ignoring my words and at the top of her lungs, screamed in a categorical tone that the extra charge was the X-Ray, without which they don’t even start the work …. Funnily, in the contradiction to her words, they did X-Ray only at the very end, when my crown was already glued and I was ready to get up from the chair… but when I finally forced her to stop and listen to me, explaining that, everything happened in a quiet different order, she immediately changed the subject and now the extra money was supposedly paid as a FEE for being accepted and helped in their dentist practice…. Never heard about such a thing …I put 2 stars, because the work was done in the end, but I will never come back.

This office exceeded my expectations! I am grateful about how the staff at this office assisted in promptly scheduling and meeting my family's dental needs in a timely manner. Hi tech, no waiting time, no wasting time, just wonderful! I highly recommend Pound Ridge Cosmetic Dentistry. Thanks again

I had a crown done by Pound Ridge Dental, and it’s so natural, I honestly feel like it’s been in my mouth my whole life. Dr Smith is professional, competent and super friendly. The office is pristine and the staff are 10/10. We are new to the practice, and they have over delivered every time.
It’s pricier than others and doesn’t accept insurance as payment. But for us, it’s been worth the extra step of submitting to insurance after the fact. The office also offers to help with that when necessary.

Dr. Smith saved me on a Sunday! I live close to this office, but have never been to Pound Ridge Cosmetic Dentistry as my regular dentist is in Mount Kisco. I had a crown fall out on Sunday morning and had terrible nerve pain. I called around and most dentist are closed and emergency dentist are at least a 30 minute drive. I call Dr. Smith’s office, because it was very close by and her voicemail said in case of emergency dial her cell #. I called & Dr. Smith answered on her day off. She dropped everything and met me at her office to fix my crown, which she did to perfection with zero pain. In addition to her speedy response time, Dr. Smith is extremely personable, professional and reliable. I have to say this was an overall excellent experience! I will be back and I recommend all the locals to please visit her office and stop your long dental commutes! She is also a wonderful person.

Dr. Smith is fantastic! She released our daughters tongue tie at 2 weeks old and made sure to talk us through the process and exercises. She even called and texted the next day to check in. As new parents we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Dr smith is the best! I have been going to her for the last two years and she is the kindest, most gentle and accommodating. The office is beautiful, clean and the staff are all great and they all love kids and they now have a pediatric dentist which is an amazing thing for poundridge.

I appreciate Dr Smith and her staff. They helped me when I had planned and unplanned dental work. Several times she took time the same day, when unexpected dental issues came up, and came up with short and long term treatment plans. I highly recommend Dr Smith and her team.

My husband and I moved to the area couple years ago and were in need of a new dentist office. We were lucky to come across Pound Ridge Cosmetic Dentistry. We are seeing Dr. Smith, and she is such a great dentist - knowledgeable, thorough, considerate and efficient. The medical staff is very nice as well. Maryann who works in the office in administrative capacity is worth separate mentioning - always willing to help and work with your insurance and always ready to address any questions you might have. Great experience overall; takes away unnecessary stress from visiting a dental office.

Dr. Smith is the best dentist hands down! She has been taking care of me for about 2 years now and I can say of the several dentists I have gone to over the years she has been my favorite! I have never felt any pain or discomfort when I have been in her chair getting work done. She is intelligent and passionate about her work and really cares about her patients well being.also she makes sure you understand everything before and after any treatment so you don't feel you have a list of questions or are unsure of anything.on another note, Dr. Smith recently did my wisdom teeth and I felt like I could almost fall asleep in the chair! My healing went so well afterwards too that myself and many other were shocked. It is simply because she is the best and it shows and lasts!

Also the technicians and assistants here are some of the friendliest and smartest people I have met and Marianne at the front is a sweetheart and extremely helpful with everything! Best group of people ever!

Dr. Rhee has been one of the most informative and attentive dentist I've ever had, he mapped out a long term plan to help me keep my teeth healthy for years to come.

Dr. Smith and the team are fantastic. My daughter had lip, tongue and cheek ties and we were able to take care of all three with no problem. From start to finish the experience was seamless and I would recommend them to any new parents.

Dr. Smith is the absolute BEST dentist there is. Her knowledge of dentistry, cosmetics, and overall health are exceptional. She is gentle and creates a calming environment for all of my dental procedures (I even fall asleep during treatment).
