Absolutely terrible experience with the appointment staff and office manager. I was scheduled for an appointment at a certain time but the staff kept confusing whether my appointment was made for New York or Florida, and when the staff finally confirmed that my consult payment had been received the attorney was suddenly busy with other appointments. The manager Maria was rude as hell and defended her incompetent appointment staff.
