After many years training at various different martial arts gyms, Precision is by far exceptional, both in terms of the techniques I have learned, and how warmly I was received. Each of the coaches offer a unique blend of strong, foundational martial arts techniques mixed with new, cutting-edge moves that have prepared me to defend myself in the streets as well as in competition. It is always a great day when you train at Precision Boxing and MMA!

I love the classes, they're very instructional and helpful. They teach us self defense, boxing and more which I love. Can't wait to go back to class. Also the teachers/instructors are amazing and chill, very nice to meet them.

Amazing gym! The instruction at this gym is incredible. Coach Brian pays great attention to detail and you can truly tell that he loves what he does. The striking and jiu-jitsu programs are wonderful and both have a strong community behind them. Upon entering this gym, you will feel like family. Another plus is that the facility is very state of the art and clean. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is in the area and interested in learning boxing, muay thai, jiu-jitsu, or even someone who wants to learn just general self defense. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Precision is a quality martial arts school. The instructors are experienced and create a friendly atmosphere in their classes. The classes are designed to make sure that you grow and develop at your own pace. With such a variety of classes offered, there is something for everyone. Precision is the place to be.

Brian is such a nice guy. I visited his school a few years ago a couple times and he welcomed me with open arms and even made a card for me for free since I was only visiting the area! Brian is great and so is his school. I highly recommend attending.

I've been training at Precision for about 2 years and I fell in love with the various arts they offer as well as the gym itself. I found myself in the gym because I wanted to learn self defense. At first I was a little intimidated because I was one of the smallest (and usually the only girl) in my classes, but Brian, Karl as well as the coaching staff immediately made those fears evaporate. They created an environment where I was able to comfortably learn the proper technique. Now I've learned skills that will keep me safe, and I've gained a family in the process!

Brian has been a monster on the tournament scene for a long time, and is a very friendly, approachable, technical and knowledgeable instructor. Do yourself a favor and train with him and his squad if you have a chance!

Precision is a great gym with lots of space and equipment and professional instructors. They offer a lot of different types of martial arts in a safe environment with classes seven days a week. They work with all different skill levels and the coaches are always there to help you. It is extremely fun to train at Precision MMA and I highly recommend trying it out.

I trained at Precision MMA for several years. I got a lot out of my experience there and the overall atmosphere was great. I felt very comfortable and welcomed when I first started out which made me want to continue going there for as long as I could. Even my dad started going after awhile, and now he goes there 5 times a week and has had 2 amateur fights already. We both love the coaches and the program very much.

Brian McLaughlin is not only an amazing coach, he's an inspirational instructor. Before I started my career in Jiu-Jitsu Brian always made me feel like I had a safe place to train. His students also reflect his character by their politeness and willingness to help others. Bottom line; Great Instructor and Great Instruction!

Coach Brian and Karl are great instructors spent about 7 months there and learned a lot. Wish I could still attend but I moved down county. Everyone I met there were very friendly and welcoming and I had a lot of people go out of their way to help me with my techniques. The instructors stay after class for open mat and were always willing to help if i couldn't figure something out. Overall great place wouldn't hesitate to go back myself or recommend them to anyone. If your looking for somewhere to train check them out!

I've been training at Precision for just about 2 years now and I have to say it was the best decision I've ever made in my life! I couldn't ask for a better training environment or coaches for the goals that I have! The best part about Precison is that they have something for everybody! Whether your looking to compete, looking for self defense, or just looking to get into shape! They have it all and you will not be disappointed! When it comes to MMA & Boxing in the Hudson Valley its not even a question as to where you should be training!
