The nurse practitioner was snobby and dismissive and seemed less knowledgeable than the average layperson. I told her that I hurt my knee from lifting a heavy object and asked me if I bashed the object on my knee. When I said no, she seemed confused and asked me if I fell, then she said since I didn't fall she is not worried about my injury. She didn't seem to comprehend that people can damage soft tissue from lifting heavy and that sometimes such injuries can be serious. Ironic considering this is a sports medicine clinic. She also gave me attitude when I asked her to fill out FMLA paperwork so that I could go to the Physical Therapy that she prescribed

If I could give it a zero I would. Andrew and Mary don't hand out cookies.
I came here because i thought there would be cookies

This is my first and last time here.

Receptionist was great, appointment was made and didn't have to wait long, but I wished they told you ahead that their clinic is within Matchpoint facility. While I was there, I did hear a couple phone calls where some patients confirmed their appointments to come in, but didn't come in the day they were scheduled. It drove their office manager crazy and they weren't able to reschedule after.

I saw Susan and her bedside manner was just sarcasm and her being nosy from the moment I stepped into her office until I left. I've had carpel and tendonitis since the beginning of my 1st pregnancy and I had a cortisone injection this year of January. I'm pregnant now and my thumb was having pain again and I wanted to know if I had tendonitis again. She just said to me, I don't know what else it would be if it's not tendonitis, it has to be tendonitis.

I didn't come to this clinic because I wanted someone to be nosy about my career or me being pregnant again within the same year. This is none of your business.

They made my lower back pain worse. All they did was put me on that traction machine that aggregated my spine, then they started talking about playing basketball upstairs, left me in pain. I had to see two sports medicine specialists and start a new treatment plan for my back. Seriously, don't go here! There are plenty of good options around. Zero stars out of five. Not cool!

Victoria has been helpful to care for my knee and teach me the proper exercises I need to do to rehabilitate my knee and strengthen my legs. The atmosphere is welcoming and social, someone is always around to assist you if you need help with an exercise or proper technique. If you need physical therapy, come here. I recommend.

They are pretty unprofessional as physical therapists, and the flaws outweigh the benefits of the office. First and foremost, the front desk doesn’t take you seriously; they have a nasty attitude and criticize everyone who comes to inquire about something. It takes them a while to accommodate you. Once you enter your session, they have a deceiving demeanor; they act nice around you, but as soon as you step away, they gossip among their colleagues, and it’s pretty straightforward because they won’t be careful about their surroundings or won’t be aware of those that overhear them. Don’t get me wrong, they are knowledgeable, but if twenty patients are booked in the same time slot, they won’t have the time to focus on you directly. Hence, they hire ignorant assistants that follow the commands of the primary physician and just ask you to work on the exercise without monitoring your progress or form. So if you’re doing the exercise wrong, they won’t correct you because they are too busy prioritizing other patients with more of a “debilitating problem” you have to ask them a million times for assistance. It isn’t easy managing multiple patients when the office is compacted and there are a few employees. When they talk to you, sometimes they talk about their personal life, and it’s pretty unprofessional, so they have to be careful about what they discuss because they forget they are at work and not at home. Everyone in the office will scrutinize you whether you are present or not; they will discuss you in a degrading way.

For the past two months, I’ve been at Precision Care twice a week for physical therapy. Out of all physical therapy offices I’ve been to, Precision Care is the best one. Since the first day, I’ve felt welcomed by everyone I came into contact with, that includes the receptionists, all the physical therapists, the physical therapist aides, the doctors, and medical assistants. Coming from a ACL reconstruction surgery, I was struggling with motivation but this office has been so supportive and motivating that even during bumps in the road they were there to push me. During all visits they’ve had my best interests in mind and made me feel like home while doing so. Victoria does a great job connecting with her patients and building bonds that helped us feel comfortable. She is hands down the best physical therapist I have ever came across. Although Gio and Andrew don’t treat me specifically, they are great physical therapists from what I see in the office. The Ryans (there’s two LOL) and Mary do their best as physical and medical assistants to correct your form and make sure you are doing every thing correctly. They don’t hesitate to get you the help you need and are the kindest pure hearted souls I have met. Throughout my visits, I have became friends with them and they helped create a safe place within the office. Overall, I had a positive experience during every single visit. If you’re ever in need of physical therapy I strongly suggest coming to Precision Care. You would get the best possible treatment while having fun.

I am impressed. The doctor is on point and the physical therapists (especially Dr. Onefator) are excellent. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, the place is clean and staff are attentive, friendly, and professional. The equipment/machines are top notch, they even have a cryogenic chamber. I’ve been to other places, and after finding precision care, I’m never going anywhere else. I never write reviews, but this place deserves it.

Update to my knee pain. (July, 2022) Had it for years Dr. Marcus has been managing my pain for years. She’s offered PRP as an option and I finally did it. Prior to the procedure my pain was at its worst, I couldn’t participate in any sports and getting through work was challenging. After the procedure I don’t even think about the pain. I’m finally pain free and starting to move again.
I can recommend Dr. Marcus enough and if you have knee pain, ask about PRP, it’s been a game changer for me.

What a disgrace to to medical professionalism! When I came in from queens might I add, which is an hour away I was told I needed my referral for my father's appointment. Okay that is fine I understood that but considering I can get the referral and just email them that would not be a problem. But now they said that because I did not confirm via phone call they cancel my father's appointment. I confirmed via text and checked in through the website they still said I could not be seen because they have a wait list? What! Despecable. I work at the hospital and if we conducted our company like this we would not have any patient. Then they proceeded to call me to try and apologize. Unprofessional! And might I add they are not wearing masks! We are still in a pandemic people!

They also called me when I left saying the person talking to me was the manager. Who was i talking to when they said my appointment was canceled? They people in front said it was the manager.we are also filipino and brown and they looked at us like dirt. Racists! STAY CLEAR!

Dr. Marcus is a wonderful, caring and extremely competent medical professional.
I went to her after I was told by another Dr.that surgery was the only option for my
condition. Her treatments combined
with physical therapy (great staff) had me back to living my life quickly. The front desk staff is also friendly and accommodating which makes the experience even better!
Highly recommend!

I've been coming to PC for a couple of different issues (knee and back pain) over the last few years. I really like the atmosphere, the staff are engaging and attentive. Therapists helped me so much and taught me self exercises that I do by myself too. Dr. Marcus is very professional and trustworthy, helped me many times when I had flare-ups where they would accommodate me fast and gave me injections several times which really helped. Thank you guys for all you do!

This place is a life changer for me. They are eliminating pains that I have had for a decade long. Very impressive. You won’t find a more professional atmosphere than this facility. They respect appointments too, so you won’t waste your time here at all.

On my way to the emergency room …. For not receiving proper care or treatment. I received bad care to be honest because of my insurance! Sad but it’s the truth ….

Sign a whole bunch of paperwork including some Hippa statement and a paper to take cortisone because of people claiming they didn’t allow the doctors to stick them with it. I agree to this only because I had it before, but my arm wasn’t infected at the time.

The office was not clean and I’m so upset that I came here thinking I had an Olecranon Bursitis on my elbow and it was an abscess.

I proceeded with the procedure because I was in so much pain as she stated she seen this before but the treatment was injecting cortisone. My thoughts was should I even be taking this because it’s infected?

Even though she didn’t specialize in doing this procedure, I personally think she should of refuse and sent me to a dermatologist. I guess it’s my fault for trusting this doctor!

The doctor (Ashley Marcus) had used paper towels which wasn’t sterile to drain my abscess, with gloves she was typing with on the computer because she was in a rush to go home as she stated. After sticking cortisone and lidocaine in my arm feels completely worse! “ she then stated if it worse go to the emergency room. I didn’t have no paperwork after I left no discharged papers or nothing! I didn’t even know what consent I sign before taking injections.

I personally think I got treated unfairly and because the doctor was tired she just didn’t care.

I've gone to a few PT Sports facilities and this one is by far the best that I've been to.
I had a full knee replacement and from start to finish I was always happy. I had around 30 sessions. Victoria, Andrew and the team knew exactly what I needed.
They taught me all the proper exercises.
Started riding stationary bike 3 weeks from start of PT.
I started playing ball around 8 weeks from when I started PT which Im told is fantastic.
Then I started having trouble in my shoulder, couldn't raise my arm 60% and after 3 sessions I'm feeling much better (I have mild arthritis in shoulder). Still doing the exercises at home and I should be better very soon.
Thank you team for a wonderful recovery.
I already referred a few of my friends and they are also very happy.

Precision care is hands down best PT in the South Brooklyn area. They have a nice space to come and get worked on. They have all the equipment, bands, machines, cryo, traction etc to take care of your needs plus experienced people. I have worked with Gene in the past who was great. This time I was assigned Peter for Piraformis Syndrome/IT/Back. It was a great experience. He is very hands on. The BEST PART for me is you get a good 10 -15 minutes or so of hands on work. This is his strong suit. He spends more time with.working on the areas via massage/pressure helping to loosen things up. In addition I do occasional traction and Peter works on affected areas with the massage gun. Obviously part of the appointment is heat and TENS/STIM and then exercise. Peter checks frequently to see how you are and helps if your unsure of how to do exercises. He is smart and personable. He is truly a huge asset to Precision Care. The only problem is that Peter is leaving Thanks Peter. Forgot to add the girls at the front desk are also nice and accommodating when changes need to be made to appointments. -D. O.
