2The technicians are very friendly; but they are the ones that perform the actual exam. The doctor comes in at the end for two seconds and signs off on the prescription. I misplaced my daughters paper prescription and when I called they refused to give me a new one unless I payed a $10 “processing fee”, which is absolutely absurd! I told her I’ve never heard of that before and all she could say was “ok” and went on to tell me the doctor gives out a paper copy of the prescription AS A COURTESY to the patient. Absolutely ridiculous, will not be going back. I’ll find a new place more friendly! Very upsetting
