Very dishonest place. I sent my mower to precision to fix blowing smoke. They have me over $1000 estimate for repair. Estimate included bunch of stuff that is not needed included new tires. I took it to different place in Webster and he fixed it for $165 included pickup and delivery. Only issue was blown head gasket. Precision also charge $50 for estimate which they never mentioned when I called them first time.this place is total ripoff. I asked them to email me the estimate and they never responded.stay away!

They truly treat you like family here and will answer any and practically every question you might have. Working in the landscaping field I would highly recommend this place

Excellent customer service, and really know their stuff (also excellent selection of products)! We had an Ariens snowblower that we inherited and it stopped working. I went to Precision and they made recommendations about possible causes based on my description of the problems. I was able to get some inexpensive parts that fixed the issue. They did not try to sell me parts I didn't need, and didn't insist on doing the service themselves. That means that they are honest and genuinely care about their customers' experience. When I need a new mower or snowblower, I will be getting it here. Until then, they are my go-to for parts and service 100%.

Walked in for information on snow Blowers. Owner treated me with respect and took the time to explain all the options with me. Will be returning tomorrow to purchase. Highly recommend.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with the crew at Precision. I don't Usually bother with reviews but they have gone above and beyond expectations. I'm so glad Webster has such a great company in the community.

They have always been helpful to me.
Pointed me into the right direction for a weed eater that I didn't have to mix gas and oil again.that was 4 years ago still works great.
They even dropped off a part for my cub cadet on their way home.
Great group of people.

Last fall we had some work done on are MTD tractor for a snowthower! I ask someone if the would make a trade they sure thing we give nothing for your tractor and the Snowthower are you joking? So my stuff is a POS I would not got this company again!

Justin and the rest of his crew are class acts. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of with all of our landscape equipment. They are the only shop we refer people to who are looking for service or to purchase a new unit. We are lucky to have them here.

Customer service is amazing. The guys at the counter are very helpful and friendly. They answer all my questions to the best of their ability. And they work with their customers and assist in making sure they leave satisfied. I will continue to recommend this establishement to anyone in need of their services.

I was at Precision last week and was helped by Mike and Justin with my Sno-way plow. They were very knowledgeable and really helped me out in a bind. Their plows and service are awesome and I'm really impressed with the new staff. The hole atmosphere is much different than a few years ago.
12/18/17- Just had all my equipment serviced at PLG and the Guys there were great as usual. Never have had any issues and my work is done right. PLG customer for life.

I wish I could give a 5 star review, I really do. I wanted to like these guys as they were helpful and friendly, but after MISSING A DELIVERY PROMISE 3 TIMES it gets rather old!
I called in Oct to have them pickup my snowblower for a service, and they assured me I would have it back by Thanksgiving - as that was 5 weeks away that seemed like more than enough time. The week of Thanksgiving I call and they say "It's 3rd in line on the schedule" - I questioned that, but since it was still a warm fall I let it go. The week after Thanksgiving I get a call with an estimate for parts etc. I agree to everything and ask when will it be done - am told they'd have parts in by the following Monday (12/4), could "slap them on" and be ready the next day. I waited the next week until Friday (Dec 8th) and call asking where is my snow blower. They tell me that it is complete, just waiting for the Supervisor to sign off, - when I comment about the delays he states that he'd go ahead and get it on the schedule for delivery on Monday. Today, Monday 11th, I call and they say it could be delivered tomorrow. I mention that this is the 3rd time they've missed a delivery promise and his reply was "Well I can't give you back your snow blower til it's paid for" - no kidding, I wasn't asking for you to do otherwise, but why did no one take care of that until now? And if you are that busy why not higher another mechanic? Eight weeks to tune and service a residential snow blower seems a bit too long. I just hope the wait is worth it - that the quality of work is good. If not, I'll be calling.

The employees at the counter are extremely rude. They act like they're doing you a favor by talking to you. I stopped going there several years ago, but thought I'd give them a try again since I live close by. NOPE! Nothing has changed. I will never patronize them again.

Talk about customer service! I'm new to the area and I was nervous finding someone to help me with repairing my riding mower.not the case anymore! Mike was great with calling me with updates and working with the manufacturer to help with timing and costs. Will certainly be recommending Precision Lawn and Garden in the future. Thanks again guys!
