If you're looking for an amazing trainer, look no further! I've been working with Kenny for about 3 months now, and I'm thrilled with the progress we've made thus far. I've lost a noticeable amount weight, my cholesterol is the best it's ever been, and I'm feeling the strongest I've felt in years.

Kenny has created a program for me that is challenging, but also fun which keeps me motivated both during our sessions together and during the at home workouts he's programmed for me to do on my own.

I couldn't recommend working with him enough, and I look forward to continuing to make progress together in the coming months!

Kenny is amazing, I have been working out with him for about 5 month now and it has been truly a game changer in my fitness journey! As someone with zero experience with strength training and not the best relationship with working out - I feel so much stronger and energized than before. Right from day 1, Kenny has been attentive, patient and encouraging. He takes a systematic approach to developing a workout program catered to my goals and nutrition - he also sprinkles in boxing sessions (which I truly enjoy) to add some variety. I’ve learned so much throughout the past couple of months about exercise, proper forms, and nutrition. After working with Kenny, I have a more consistent relationship with working out and I looking forward to each session. I highly highly recommend Kenny if you’re looking for a personal trainer - he’s honestly the best!

Kenny tailored my training specific to my goals leading to excellent results. I wanted to gain functional strength to complement my participation in a long-distance, open ocean outrigger canoe race, and Kenny devised a program and trained with me twice a week which resulted in me comfortable completing the 25+ mile ocean channel crossing comfortably. He then transitioned to helping me establish a solid baseline/foundation for my next goal - to summit the tallest mountain in the Americas, Aconcagua, 23,000ft. Kenny has great insight into developing tailored training and the enthusiasm to take you through his program.

Kenny is terrific. He tailors programs to individual clients and is able to work through past injuries and specific goals. He is a consummate professional who puts a lot of thought and energy into devising programs that suit your specific needs and lifestyle.

His programs are thoughtful, challenging, and most importantly doable. He's also very receptive to feedback and a great teacher as well. I couldn't recommend him more.

Kenny is truly one of a kind! I'm so glad to have found Precision Training earlier this spring as someone who has dealt with major gym anxiety in the past. Since starting my sessions, I have lost 10 lbs! I never thought I would be the type of person to enjoy strength training, but I always look forward to our sessions. I really appreciate how incredibly organized and detail-oriented Kenny is with my fitness plan, so I don’t have to be and can put all my trust in him. He genuinely cares about your overall well-being both in and out of the gym, and I’ve learned so much from him about consistency and proper exercise form. I look forward to our sessions and have overall adapted healthier lifestyle changes thanks to his expertise and encouragement. I can see how Kenny's methods would work well for clients from beginner to intermediate to expert skill levels. A rare gem in NYC — would absolutely would recommend.

If you want to get into shape, do it safely and in a way that lasts, work with Kenny.

I came to Kenny after years of neglect, drowning in stress from work, and essentially being a single parent. He spent an hour listening to my story and what I wanted to achieve. He put me through some movements to test my flexibility and skills, and together, we devised a plan.

I’ve been with Kenny for just under a year and could not be more pleased. I had a couple of accidents and medical issues along the way, and each time, Kenny adjusted the workout so I would not lose momentum.
He is fun to work with, attentive, caring and achieves results. Simply the best.

I'm so glad to be working with Kenny! As someone completely new to strength training, and three months postpartum, I wanted to work with someone who would teach me good form and who would be patient with my progress. Kenny has been a wonderful instructor, always careful to make sure I understand the exercise we are doing, why we are doing it, and how it fits into the broader training. I have greatly appreciated this, as I feel I am not only getting stronger (which is amazing!) but also learning about strength for my body generally. I am so happy with my progress, and couldn't recommend working with Kenny more!

Kenny is the best trainer you can imagine. I seriously look forward to our sessions every week. He will motivate you to push yourself and get better but he is constantly checking in with how you’re feeling with each workout and will adapt the program accordingly. He also prepared an at home program for me with video links which we’ll refresh together according to my progres. He adds variety to your workout which keeps it fresh and exciting. Im super happy with the progress I’ve made in just a few months.

If you’re considering getting a trainer, choosing Kenny is a no-brainer!

Working out with Kenny has been a great experience! I never had experiences lifting or weight training or having a trainer before, but Kenny helped me feel more confident and stronger through his training program. I would definitely recommend Kenny to help you reach your fitness goals!

Kenny is an awesome trainer. Coming in, I had no prior strength training experience and after just a few months of his instruction I already feel like a pro. He thoughtfully constructs custom programs for me that keep our workouts interesting and challenging, and every day I leave the gym feeling stronger than when I walked in. And importantly, Kenny is easy going and kind, and makes all of our sessions fun. I'm so glad I found Kenny and would recommend him to anyone looking for a highly professional, high-impact trainer!

Kenny is a fantastic personal trainer! He creates personalized programs that progress each week and even layers in nutrition tracking to keep me accountable. It’s been incredibly rewarding to see concrete progress towards my goals and feel so much stronger in just four months! I can’t recommend him enough!

Kenny has been my personal trainer for over a year now, and I'm really happy with the progress I've made. Under his guidance, I have lost almost 25 pounds and made consistent progress on my lifts.

Kenny is professional while still being friendly and approachable. My routines were enjoyable and he took into consideration any injuries or imbalances I had. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
