Extremely poor and an adequate staff they play a lot of telephone.a lot hangups a lot of poor information a lot and negative never understanding the patient only their aid Poor Customer Service All aids want to do is sit and do nothing!

The worst agency, the coordinators do not answer the phone and when they do, they close it

The worst customer service ever. On hold 45 just to speak to a coordinator.

I seen and read many bad reviews on here and am surprised since I have had nothing but great services from this agency. Jennifer whom is our coordinator is very courteous and respectful and very helpful to me. Maria Mejja Ulloa and Carmen Fernandez Estrella which are the home attendants that work with me are amazing and very caring. They do there jobs and more and are very kind and respectful. I can't say anything bad about this agency. My experience with them has been excellent. I appreciate them very much.

The staff here is very disrespectful and unprofessional. When i applied to work for preferred it was through indeed nobody ever called me
I had to call them
When they sent me to training it was a week long i finished it and a month passed by i didn’t receive my certificate
They told me they would pay for both my certificate and my classes and they never did
When i called for a follow up or any update i was given attitude and told to stop calling because i was harassing them they also told the school to block my number and that nobody wants to deal with me
Horrible company wouldn’t work for them if i were you

Horrible company to work and have as an Agency. Nobody ever answers the phone or Ext. Very disorganized Agency. Lazy and very Unprofessional.

Highly unprofessional, Spoke to employee Ana, answered the phone did not even greet me. Spoke to me as if I was a child. Do not recommend. I will be switching agencies, if they speak to a care taker in such form I can only imagine how they treat their patients.
