Very rude over the phone, guy I spoke with seemed annoyed that I had a warranty company that would be paying for the repairs, told me he was going to charge me $245 for diagnostic whether or not I had them perform the repairs. The inside is lack luster, not inviting. I've had work done here 2 other times and the people I spoke to in person were very nice and professional. But this place is nothing like al American fors in Hackensack. Their waiting area is very comfy, very inviting, the staff is great. Warm and inviting. I just wish it wasn't so far away. I'm very happy that I bought my truck from these guys. I'll never go to bay ridge Ford again.

Went to take my Ford escape in because my power steering assist went bad and got denied service because my SUV had more 10yrs old and it had high mileage.

Thomas Young was a great help in getting the process started. He secured a loaner car for me. While the actual diagnostic service /and repair.was long, Thomas did his best to get my service expeditated.
He is an assest to your company

This place doesn't deserve 1 Star either after what I saw. This young man very respectful came in to resolve a issue he had with the manager the manager basically banned him from the dealership because he had left a review that he didn't agree with on a previous service he had done this manager needs to be fired asap rather then apologizing to the customer about their experience no they ban him (terrible manager) the other employees are
great I had a great experience with Gary he was a pleasure to deal with (but if u come in to contact with this sour manager then it's over)

Promised me service same day but delayed4 days. Company truck is down. Still no help or loaner with 125k 10 year warranty.

The parts department just let the phone ring for 2 minutes before i got back to the operator, then rang for 2 more minutes before they picked up. For some reason their phones blast your own voice back into your headset with a small delay making it impossible to communicate.

I don’t write many reviews and I’m writing this almost 5 months later, but the issues I dealt with still bother me.

I bought my 2016 Mustang used at another dealership and brought it to the Premier Ford Service Center once before with no issues. I had to pay a non-refundable diagnostic fee, which was explained to me. I knew what was wrong with my car by the end of the day and it was fixed the very next day. The service associate was nice and kept in contact with me.

Fast forward to December 29,2020, I brought my car in because it had a check engine light on and my inspection expired on January 1,2021. When I arrived on December 29, I was told that it would they were busy and at the most it would take one day to diagnose my vehicle. One day passed and I never received a call. I called before the shop closed the next day on December 30th and was told that they were still busy and that it would be diagnosed first thing in the morning of December 31. On December 31, I was told that my car was next in line to be seen and that it would be diagnosed. I never received a call back that day and then of course, the service center was closed on January 1,2, and 3.

Finally on January 4, I received an email with a full diagnosis of my vehicle and a $947 estimate for replacing my purge valve and fuel connector. I called immediately after I received this email and let the Service Associate know hat my car was now past inspection and thus, even if I wanted to get the car repaired somewhere else, I couldn’t drive the car off of their lot and I would have to get it towed. I decided to let them fix the issue, but they had to order the parts, which meant my car wouldn’t be able to be picked up until January 6.

When I picked up my car more than one week after I dropped off the vehicle, the mileage on my car was over 30 miles over where the mileage was when I dropped it off. I confirmed this by looking at the paperwork I received when I dropped off my car and what the mileage was when I got it back and the mileage written on my inspection sticker.

Honestly, the service associate was nice about everything, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth and confirmed that I will never bring my car here again.

We send the car for a checkup and clearly request a tire pressure checkup, but the car returned as it is. I don't understand why this little request will be missed.

The worst dealer service, Mr Charles full of lies have my car for 8 day and still not ready, just to change one control arm very disappointed. Avoid this repair shop Trust me. Now I am on my way to Get my car the same way a leave it there.

Although my issue was electrical, it took a month to fix the communication was not that great everything else was. This Bronco was nice too.

Perfectly well! Never have any problems with them. I fix my expedition many times and explorer before and another explorer before that. Serviced my cars for 10 years. Nothing bad ever happened to me. Last time they fixed the sunroof for free when they could charge me.

Outstanding experience! Went in for a recall and an oil change and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Service manager Charles Bunge greeted me and let me know that the recall work was going to take a few hours and he would let me know when it was ready. 3hrs later Charles called me and I was good to go. I will definitely be back.

It was a waste of time.call me to come an trade my truck in.it was a mistake. I had to tell the guy to look up my name an see what he can do for me. I brought 2 ford truck from this place they show no I way of helping get another truck.the sell person who sold me.y truck before was very helpful. Not like new salesman of today

They took me in right away, I didn't have to wait, they were efficient, clear about the timing, attentive when I entered the building - it also felt safe and hygienic considering covid precautions. Very pleasant, stress-free experience.

An extremely unpleasant situation!
On October 28, in this car service center, my husband was changing the oil in the engine.
The car (FORD FOCUS) was purchased in July 2020 in New Jersey. This was the first replacement after the purchase. I didn't want to go to New Jersey for a free replacement, so I decided to use the nearest dealership.
Everything went smoothly. The oil change was carried out quickly enough. BUT!
After 2.5 months, we decided to open the hood and top up the windshield washer. And what was our surprise when we did not find the engine cover (decorative plastic nozzle)!
Apparently, the employee of the center forgot to put it in place after changing the oil.
The next day, my husband went to the car repair shop to ask the employees if they had any video camera recordings, to check how and who carried out the replacement.
The staff at the reception showed extreme slowness and lack of interest in our problem. They just didn't care, because it had been more than 2 months.
In the end, no one solved our problem. On the FORD website, this cover costs $ 109!
I advise those who use this car service to check their car and all valuables after work.
We will no longer use this center, because they do not care about the customers!

I have been to This service center a handful of times and things just really never get better. We all have a good mechanic we go to and so forth, but as with anything we at times have to deal with the companies directly. Ford first needs to create more service centers than being forced to go through what seems to be the flagship located on 58th street in Brooklyn. The time it takes them to perform any task is unreal down to the simplest job. The work they perform is never executed with accuracy. A few months back I brought my car In for a safety airbag recall and my car was returned damaged and a mess. They offered to repair the scratches around the steering wheel and therefore I made another appointment for them to rectify the situation. However I was left waiting 6 hours, for a job that’s probably about 30-40 minutes (as mentioned by the service manager come in at 8 Am I’ll be in and out no problem, yeah thanks Al) and On top of that they still didn’t even attach the part together properly. Mind you it’s the plastic at the top and bottom of your steering wheel that literally snaps together as such with Ford fusions. It scares me a bit because on larger jobs what actually might be happening.do they forget a screw or two? I can’t say I ever write a long review about anything, but I would never recommend this place nor return. I leave with anxiety each and every time.
