First time patient - Dr. Ward was extremely thorough, listens, and I felt I could connect with her more than I ever had with any other doctor. She’s really amazing!

This office is all about collecting payments. The billing department is clueless to what the acronym stands for, which in turn will show a copay is required when there’s no copay. They had me wait in the waiting area for an hour trying to verify my copay without saying a word to me. In the waiting area all you see are signs about payment for services. $35 to fill out a form (seriously). $100 if you don’t give 48 hours notice about canceling a cardiology appointment. They are not about the patient, this is the 2nd time I left work early for an appointment and left due to copay issues. Once I went for a cardiology appt and my copay was $400–SMH. BTW my insurance is Blue Cross…. When the front office watch patients walked out and don’t know if they are having issues, it speaks volumes…. On a good note, Dr. Sandra Forde stepped up as a professional and refilled my prescription, this was the second time she checked on prescriptions. It’s unfortunate I will move on to another doctor. Lastly, 2023, why billing takes months to send invoices and to make a payment there’s no online payment system. You must call and speak to a rep during business hours to make a payment…. 2023!

This place is just a joke. How in the hell they do not communicate with you via over the phone but decide to mail you instead with life threatening news but not call you to attend to you immediately. Sounds very fraudulent to me. There’s no way in hell a doctor gonna just mail you news but not call you in regards to it and it’s not the patient job to call the doctors office not unless it was told to them. Plus the wait is ode long. Plus this spot is in the hood. I advise do not come here for nothing I rather for people to find their doctors on zoc doc. I give this place no stars
