Premier Medical Group, New Windsor NY

I like going to Premier Medical Group. When you first walk in whether there's a line or not they're usually quick to greet you with a a Positive and Professional Manor. They ask you for your information they verify it and get you signed in so you can wait on a nurse to come get. Your waiting time is short. Your interaction with the doctor and staff are very pleasant and to the point of you being there. I very highly recommend Premier Medical Group to anyone.

This is the first place that when I called dr he called me back after hrs no one does that so far it looks like dr I have there cares

As new patient check-in was fast and easy. Everyone was friendly and doctor was knowledge and took time to address all my concerns.

Very frustrating experience with Dr. Muslim. Went for a consult visit and ended up getting verbally harassed for my medical choices he disagreed with. Will never see him or recommend him to anyone.

The medical staff at this office are very professional, friendly, patient, kind, care about my opinions, funy, answer questions truthfully, and are VERY down-to-earth! My experiences have been VERY delightful!

Dr. El Zouhari and his entire staff are WONDERFUL! They treat me soo well and make me feel very special.

The staff Is wonderful and helps in everyway possible. They are willing to go out of there way to provide you with the right answers and takes time to listen to you. Dr. Zouhairi is a fabulous doctor and has a smile on him whenever you see him. He has a great way of making the patients feel special and answers whatever questions you may have.

If you have a Gastronomy problem. I definitely recommend Premier Medical of New Windsor, NY. Their the best. The staff is very caring and professional at all times whether you talk to them by phone or in person. I've been going to them and my mother as well for several years them.

Very very excellent staff and service I was nervous and they made me feel very comfortable they was talking to me laughing with me joking with me it was definitely wonderful service through the whole time I was there I appreciate and love them for that

Dr. Kasello was extremely rude and uncaring. I totally felt like she was blowing me off, she misdiagnosed me and referred me to a different specialty. I ended up in the ER and finally received the right diagnosis and treatment. My hospital visit could have been avoided had she bothered to do a physical exam the 2 separate times I was in her office complaining of pain and pressure. She didn’t even bother to respond when the ER doctor reached out to her. The woman who handles insurance authorization was very nasty on the phone as well. Very sad when an office cares so little about their patients. I would recommend seeking treatment elsewhere!

Premier medical, specifically Dr. Muslim and his staff, are fantastic. Very friendly and thorough. Everyone makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. They also listened to all of my issues and concerns. Would definitely recommend.

The staff are always friendly, professional and courteous. They let you know if there are any delays and apologize if you are called in late for your appointment. My interactions with Dr. T are always pleasant. He takes time to answer all my questions and concerns. Great group!
