I had started treatment before COVID. I was nervous during COVID so I stopped going. I started going back in June. Everything was fine. Then they started making me do exercises for my back. Well I did some damage to my nerves because I ended up in Long Island Jewish emergency and now I am under the care of a physician at Northwell. Also, they closed out my chart without calling me. So good luck.

My husband was there for therapy today and saw a guy in the gym area without a mask on. Simple what the hell?

The receptionists are simply rude and don’t care about the patients. Doesn’t seem like they want to even be at their jobs. It was my first time there and I stood in front of the glass window with them just completely ignoring me. The physical therapists are all nice besides one who takes the temperature, does not know what she’s doing, she did electroshock on me and just made the pain worse. If you come here at 330pm, you will wait over an hour for absolutely no reason to get seen by a physical therapist. This medical facility has to be one of the worst I’ve ever gone to. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

In the beginning of treatment I thought I would be getting the care I needed to recover from a back injury. AFTER THEY GOT PAID I BECAME AN OPPORTUNITY TO CASH A CHECK! THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO GET APPROVAL FOR THERAPY AND THE STAFF WAS LESS THAN HELPFUL WHILE I SUFFERED WITH BACK PAIN. Dr. Velez is a JOKE. He doesn't follow up on any real treatment plan STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I received therapy at this location. When the pain returned I requested to have my case reopened. It is now an unbelievable 18 months and the case is not opened. I had a prior case and even though I gave them the correct case number, they continue to submit the wrong case to worker’s compensation.tine and time again. It’s very sad and depressing. Waited two hours to be seen. After being told 5 minutes more 5 times I walked out. Find another place.

Ok check it, it's what you make it, I travel 3 hrs to see the crew here. Love them always helpful. When it came to my paperwork and claims always on point. Never a failure in anything. All my appts were kept and pt is relaxed and at your pace. Love it here

The staff here is amazing and very welcoming. It made feel very comfortable especially after meeting Dr. Benjamin J. Leema for the first time, I can say that this is the ideal doctor office environment to be around if you’re looking for the best health care.

The staff are the best and Dr. Hasan Chugtai is a phenomenal doctor. The staff make you feel right at home and they are helpful at all times. I highly recommend.

The staff is extremely helpful and warm. Especially Violet, Maritza, Tess, Anais, Chris, Toni, and Annie. Dr. Tolat is very caring he talks to you and helps you understand what needs to be done to get well.
