This company has come a long way since my first review. All of the issues that i saw in my review and had complaints about have been appropriately addressed. The rent increase was a misunderstanding on my part. The management now is taking the time to look at and read all their reviews and followup with the people who wrote them to ensure that their concerns are being addressed. Great improvement over the 2 years thank you.

These people are scammers, there is a comment by Stacy Anderson, who works for the property management as Office Manager. This is dishonesty 101

Pros: Beautiful buildings, private garage with space for extra storage, apartment space is more condo-like that typical rentals
Cons: The hidden costs. 1. Extra month of rent due if at the final month of the lease, they are not notified on first day of that month that you don't intend to renew the lease. 2. Mandatory charge for carpet cleaning if you have a pet. 3. "Mistaken" charges to your credit card that are later refunded. 4. Steep annual rent increases- ~$40-100 depending on number of bedrooms.

On Saturday I went to Pine Point Apartments starting my search for when I sell my home. I was very pleased with the gentlemen who showed me the unit and how he was able to answer all my questions. I believe his name was Lou. When I first made the appointment I was excited because it has an attached garage just like my current home and I would love that privacy. This is the only complex that I have seen that has the single family home feel and perks. I am happy to say that as soon as my home sells I hope that they still have an apartment available I can make my new home.

Not very pleased with this company. They do not call you back when they say you do. Nor supply information that you requested about the services they they provide for you, such as lawn care. Had to place several calls to their maintenance department to get things fixed. Over 1 year later things are still not fixed. It seems they would rather patch something up than fix the problem so it does not happen again. As other people said steep rent increases. We got our first renewal and it was a 100$ increase.talk about inflation.

These guys are awful, stay away. If you want communication this is not your business. Repeated phone calls to try and come to agreement on passed relative security deposit and accidentally sent rent. No response, HANG UP on phone and sent directly to voice mail. Karma will have it's way of dealing with these people. My mother in law is extremely stressed, only want's someone to communicate and work with her, and it's seriously not needed during this time.
