We used this service at campania in bay ridge. They were very polite and they took care of us. They even helped us carry our gifts in. Would definitely recommend this service for everyone and they earn their tips.

I was automatically greeted by Ameer a valet attendant at Cebu in Bay Ridge. Right as I pulled up Ameer open all 4 doors of my car and was very patient as all my family
members got out. He was very respectful, poliet, and professional. I was very satisfied with my experience.

Premier valet does an outstanding job with their service. I used premier valet for my moms 50th birthday and they were nothing but respectful and very fast working. The workers were very respectful to all the guests and the owner was constantly in contact with me making sure the service was above par. The young men that were put held the doors open and were very welcoming to all the guests. I received a lot of great feedback from the guests that were invited and it pushed me to write this review. I will be using premier valet for all my upcoming events and I definitely recommend them to anyone needing a valet for an occasion or general use.

Don't use this service. I'm flabbergasted that they have 5 stars - but then again they could have just used their friends. Went to a restaurant that used this valet service and the person that was supposed to park my car used it for a ride somewhere and spilled their soup/sauce all over my car and stole the wrapping paper I had in my car (prob in attempt to clean the sauce they spilled all over the car.) When I called to complain, the manager/owner or whoever they were, said "it's not like I drive a Ferrari, and they said my car was already messy". And he kept putting words in my mouth. "Oh so you're saying they took your Honda for a joy ride? " On God that's what they said to me! Idk where too the car, I know my full tank is now 3/4. And what's worse was I wasn't asking for anything. I was calling to let him know, this is what your employees are doing. He couldn't care less and basically called me a liar. So basically since I don't drive a nice car, he doesn't care what the workers did. That is what you're possibly signing up for if you go with this service. So think twice is you don't have a Ferrari or an expensive car.
