Absolutely TERRIBLE staff. They do not abide by lease regarding rent. They will raise your rent whenever they want. Outrageous prices for the low quality. Living and accommodations. If you try to confront the staff they are spiteful and will not answer your calls even when they're in the wrong. TERRIBLE PLACE DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Unprofessional staff. Amenities are always closed. Exorbitant amenity fee. Dog park gave my puppy a nearly fatal disease from their dirty dog park. Repairs are done at their convenience not yours. Find someplace else to live.

I’ve been here almost 2 years now. It’s a very friendly community, the staff are extremely helpful. I love the layout of the homes, and how fast maintenance is on responding to work orders. It’s a perfect 15 minute drive to work, convenient to all local stores what more can I ask for?

Very nice neighborhood with easy access to shops and things to do. Neighborhood is clean and well maintained, staff are very friendly and helpful, and neighborhood feels safe. I am pleased with the size of the home for the price we pay - gives us plenty of room to stretch out. Nearby playground is something my daughter enjoys, and streets are quiet enough for riding bikes/scooters. Any issues I've had (very minor) have been addressed quickly, with no further problems. Really grateful for the maintenance crew and the wonderful job they do at keeping the roads clear during the snowstorms we've had!

We just moved in in August and it was super easy and convenient! Brooke made it completely pleasurable to move in, nothing but friendly and fast response as well as handling everything with such manner and quickness!

Since moving in, the maintenance guys as well as Jessi have been very welcoming and friendly.it’s a fantastic neighborhood and all the neighbors have been wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place

My mom has lived at P@AR for 7 years. My father passed away 5 years ago. The townhouse they moved into was too much for 1 person. Our leasing agent, Brooke D, has been and continues to be so helpful with assisting us with all aspects of a relocation to a smaller ranch style apartment. She has been available whenever we’ve needed her (in-person and calls), answered all our questions, been diligent with requests we’ve had (*I misplaced the new garage remote), and made this experience both pleasant and simple. Brooke has been kind, patient, and professional. P@AR is a great place to live. I highly recommend P@AR and Brooke D.

Love the kind friendly staff. They are on top of keeping the property clean. Very prompt with maintenance requests and fast at answering any and all questions. We have been here almost a year and love it.

I just moved back to the area and I was set on coming back here the staff is amazing it was so easy to apply and the maintenance crew did awesome with this past snow storm they worked so hard cleaning up the streets in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is so amazing and quiet.

The staff were super helpful with the move in process and are always ready to help when my family needs it.

Honestly, we looked at many properties in and around Watertown, and this one is the best one that we found in this area. The staff is friendly, Jessie made our moving in experience very pleasant. It’s clean and well-maintained, has a small fitness center, apartments are warm and well taken care of. My only complaint is the gym needs more fitness equipment and appliances are a bit outdated, plus the tanning room is still not open. But it truly is the best place to rent around here.

I've been here almost 5 years now and love it. The staff is responsive, maintenance is great and it's quiet neighborhood. Attached garage is fabulous in the winter, no cleaning off the car or getting into frozen vehicle and summer time not having a hot car is a great thing too!

Nice place to live, the townhomes are built well. Haven’t had any issues living here. Brooke at the front office made our move in experience very pleasant as well.

I live in this town house for over a years now. The neighbor it nice. The manager and staff it really lovely. They handled very well any situation. Make me feel home after a long day working. Relax and calm….

I am so pleased with the excellent assistance with my one day application to keys in hand! The process to view available apartments and tour a model was very easy. I requested a few minor changes and the maintenance person was courteous, professional and qualified. Thanks Brooke for the great move in process!

They're likely the best apartment community in Watertown, and the most expensive. But you get what you pay for, and so far they're worth the price. The appliances are a bit dated, the tub is tiny, but other than that it's decent.

Very friendly staff from the leasing office to maintenance staff. They were welcoming, soft spoken and helpful from the start of leasing paperwork, to move in, and continue to be helpful with any questions or concerns. They do community wide events from resident appreciation day to pet and porch contests. I love this community and the staff!
