16Food was ok, definitely not worth the money. Great outdoor space, but customer service needs improvement. I'm in no rush to visit this establishment again.
THIS RESTRAUNT SERVED ME FOOD I INFORMED THEM I WAS ALLERGIC TO.
I ordered the Veggie wrap and ask for no olive spread because I'm allergic to olives. When they served me, I double checked with the server and she confirmed it was made as per my request, without olives. But I took 1 bite and knew there was olives. I asked my husband to try and he confirmed there was olives. I took apart my sandwich and scraped out the olive spread to prove the olive spread was in fact in my sandwich.
I FORCED MYSELF TO VOMIT IN THEIR BATHROOM. This clearly ruined my entire afternoon and my plans tonight as now I have to stay home and monitor my health. Thank god, my allergy doesn't send me into anaphylaxis. While I was in the bathroom the gentleman behind the bar came around to apologize to my husband and to inform him they would comp my wrap.
I was in their bathroom for almost 10 minutes. When I exited the bathroom, I was obviously crying, my face was flushed, eyes red and watery and not one staff member checked in with me to make sure I was OK. I was at our table for another 5 minutes shaking and crying and not one staff member seemed to care about my mental and physical health. Their restaurant is small and I was sitting in the table directly across from the bar. So their lack of concern was intentional. I understand mistakes happen but failure to comfort the customer in distress especially due to their negligence is such poor service. We immediately left so that I could continue vomitting at home to clear out my system.
I work in hospitality and this is the most important rule of food service. My experience was completely unacceptable. My advice, avoid this place like the plague. A restaurant that doesn't take food allergies seriously probably won't handle food properly either.
Been coming here forever. Luv the veggie press with maple pesto sauce and the chicken cutlet, ham n grilled pineapple press.
Food is always delicious and the sangria is on point.somethinhs never change and that's a great thing.sat in the back for the first time had no clue it was that big.
Service was a bit lackluster.children's chicken fingers were over cooked. The sangria had too much ice in it.
It was very tasty, the beer was good the food was good and the atmosphere was good, and affordable
Amazing service, food, and atmosphere. I enjoyed the Rancher hero. There is a huge selection of heros and sandwiches.
All local beers on tap. Hipster vibe. Nice strip with plenty of choices. This was a starter for me in Bayside
One of the more reliable options on Bell, this place is unique in it's beer selection and sandwich combos. Backyard patio is a great vibe. Highly recommend the Mozz & Tomato app. My panini was a bit lonely without a side though!
I don't know how many times I have frequented this establishment and it never disappoints. My wife and I have an afternoon to ourselves and had a great lunch and drinks at Press.
Came here for drinks while waiting for a friend and the service was quick and friendly. The drinks were so delicious!
LOVE this place. It’s the only place on Bellboulevard that has actually survived all these years the chicken bean sandwich is so good and the conditions with the meats on them are absolutely amazing great back room and awesome patio area. Love Press. Also they check Vax cards.
Came here for lunch with my family service was great and hostess was friendly. Food was amazing and reasonable
They don’t pay attention to what they’re cooking for Uber eats orders. I ordered a California burnin burger with a black bean patty because I am religiously vegetarian and I love their black bean patty. After waiting an hour them to finish making the food and the driver delivering it, I open to see chicken in my burger. Had I had not checked and ate it, that would have been a massive law suit for them. I love their food when I dine in, but this is absolutely unacceptable. Clearly there is no quality control when packing to go orders. They were in a rush to end the night and go home, which is acceptable. But there was no one to pick up the phone since it delivered after they were already closed. I always recommend this spot to my friends and visiting family, and make it a point to bring them here. But never again. Very disappointed in their lack of concern. The burger doesn’t even come with chicken regularly. It comes with a beef patty an sub for black bean patty. So whoever made must have really not given a care in the world that they went out of their way to put chicken in there. Unforgivable mistake from a religiously vegetarian person.
Horrible! Spend $16 for two orders of burnt Belgian Fries. Sandwiches are at most acceptable for the price. Would not go there again.
Nice restaurant.chill environment.food was good. Belgian fries are a must with all the different dippings sauces they have.will be back again!
