Unfortunately this place co pay is quite high $135 out of pocket even I have the best Aetna plan and this practice also do not accept my FSA card. They forced the patient to sign all the forms and pay all the fees upfront before seeing the doctor.

I look forward to my visits at Prestige because I leave feeling so much better. I'm a pretty difficult case having fibromyalgia, which is a chronic pain disorder that impacts the entire body. They worked out a robust treatment plan with me that's finally finding me relief for the first time since I was diagnosed with this condition. Everyone on staff is so nice - fantastic "bedside manner" all around. It's nice to have good conversations with practitioners who are genuinely warm and funny while I'm being treated. I feel really taken care of there. This is THE place to go to if you suffer from chronic pain and need multiple modalities. Having a one-stop-shop for PT, OT and Chiro (don't even get me started on the TENS machine and deep-tissue massage as part of the service.) saves me a lot of time in my week. I cannot recommend enough!

Helped with my pain but severely increased the asymmetry and tilt of my scholiosis to the point that I’m not able to use my arms and pecs equally now.

I’d rather be in pain and look symmetrical than to be pain free looking like the leaning tower of Pisa. You removed all of the compensating muscle and tissue, which is great, but you still haven’t prescribed me any PT to retain what you undid, and now it’s noticeable to friends and family.

Your algorithm of e-stim, followed by an asymmetrical 10min massage, followed by unequal adjustment is irresponsible.

I feel like I have been receiving treatment incorrectly. Why do I look and feel MORE unstable and asymmetrical to both myself and NOW others? Why am I unable to use my arms correctly? Why have I been losing feeling more in my arms in recent weeks than during my actual injuries? What did you guys do to my body? My shoulders are uneven, my rib is jutting out more, and my hips are out of wack. It’s pulling more to the right than it ever has in my life.

You all act buddy buddy every visit and take my out of pocket money, but these 20-30min boutique visits have left me feeling like a foreigner in my own body while you smile and say see you next week.

My first appointment with Dr. Shanna and team was great. I left feeling completely clear on what has been happening with my body and muscles. It felt affirming to know that the pain I’ve been experiencing was validated by the provider. I’m excited to see what consistent treatment will bring.

The staff are all welcoming and extremely professional. ARTUR the massage therapist and Dr Ly worked together to resolve my lower back issues.in no time I was able to resume my regular activities. Excellent service all around.

Great practice! Justin Chan was my PT and he helped me be able to run the NY Marathon after a potentially race-ending injury. Would definitely recommend him as your PT. He had great bedside manner, was readily available, was realistic and reassuring, and was always willing to answer my many questions.

Doctor Amber was so kind and knowlegeable. She walked me through my diagnosis and treatment plan and made me feel so comfortable! The rest of the team was super friendly and excellent!

Saw Madeleine for OT and she was fantastic. While she was doing soft tissue work, she also talked me through the process, discuss why I’m having these issues, and how we can work to fix it. Great bedside manners from the entire team and the facility is amazing.

Dr. Shanna was amazing and I can’t wait to go through my treatment with her! I felt a bit nervous going into the appointment as it was my first time seeing a chiropractor, but she made me feel so comfortable and heard. She also took the time explain everything in such great detail to make sure I understood exactly what was going on. We need more doctors like Dr. Shanna!
