Great place to relax after a long walk, especially in the hot weather. Not too busy, chilled, and you can use the toilet too without having to wait.

I come here every morning bc I have the coffee subscription which is just amazing. Everyone here is amazing and friendly EXCEPT for the tall skinny dark man, I believe he is a lead supervisor or manager. He bounces between this local and Fulton street. He is never ever friendly to any customer or his own staff. I noticed his co workers under him do not like working with him. The entire vibe of the store is different when he is working. When he is not there everyone is happy as can be. Kudos to the teams at both stores but this man should not be in hospitality if he can not smile nor want to ever show he cares about customers.

I come here every day. Every time I feel welcome to this location. Except Feb 18 Saturday 2023 around 1: 40 pm to 1: 50 pm shift manager he was profiled me. He makes customers uncomfortable. I went to use the restroom, and he started yelling in front of customers. Which one makes me so uncomfortable and embarrassed. I have the coffee subscriptions, and it's really nice options for us. Therefore, i visit this location every day. But I'll cancel the subscription, because I can't take this kind of behavior. Agin, he really makes me embarrassed all customers were staring at me.i will never come to this location.

I sometimes come here for lunch take-out. I like the latte with oat milk, almond croissant, Cobb salad, and honey yogurt.

Great personnel, polite, best coffee as well as your almond croissants. It's heaven in Earth.

What happened to all the vegan options Pret? ! Not even the little breakfast cups are vegan anymore! They only had the falafel wrap and it was not that good anymore either! It seems the menu is even more meat heavy now than what it used to be…

I love their coffee and breakfast offerings. The location I use has inconsistent yogurt and egg dishes available. Also the checkout seems less efficient than it could be.

I’ve been coming here daily for sometime now simply because of the friendliness of Gabi and Rashad! So friendly and a great start to my day. They remember my order and are always in a cheerful mood.

Watch your charges! Cashier overcharged me for item listed for under $10. I had a charge double the amount listed on my credit card! ASK FOR RECEIPTS!

Always an address for breakfast, dinner or just in between. Many delicious products to choose from, such as fresh salads, fresh fruit, wraps, sandwiches, Bircher muesli, as well as of course, there is also a wide selection of delicious coffees and other drinks.

This is a must go for lunch— really good options. Their lattes are great (I won a free one when I guessed how many coffee beans were in a cup!).
Only thing that has detracted from the experience is the overall friendliness of the staff— often there is little greetings and thank yous, and even just not talking at all to customers.

Deceiving from the outside, this Pret location has ample seating behind the registers. Standard food you would expect at Pret: salads, sandwiches, & soups are always fresh & delicious.

This is my go to place for morning coffee and my ice green tea for lunch. Workers work fast and get your order done quickly.
