The coffee is good, but whenever I order ahead in the app it’s never ready when it says it will be. If I’m ordering ahead it’s because I want to be able to pick it up on the go and don’t have time to wait 10-15 minutes in store on my commute to work. Great service and coffee but truly what’s the point of ordering ahead if it’s not going to be ready. Disappointed.

Loved the place for a quick bite. Had the chicken avocado sandwich and a chicken avocado salad. Food is fresh and delicious.

The only location I go and they never served me what I would like just cuz they dont know how to do it on the system. This is so difficult? Decaf coffee over ice and Oatmilk? Probably yes right? The crew must be training better and also de red hair lady could be more polite is not the first time she distreated me. I dont like to do bad review but that thing has happened often.

They do not have many options in their menu, but the costumer service is good as well as food. Kind of expensive, but good.

Closed at 2pm on Sunday; online states open till 8pm. Saw them putting all the leftover (a whole bunch of) perfectly good sandwiches in garbage bags.

Join the coffee subscription! It's 100% worth it. I always grab an oat milk iced latte and a warm croissant to start my day. They're well staffed and speedy here.

Solid sandwich place where you know the quality your getting. Way better places in the area for the price though…

Been here a few times, and almost liked it until an employee decided to spray all over me while disinfecting the tables.

After gently cleaning the table next to mine and other tables, also being gentle next to other customers, the employee somehow returned to the one next to mine - which was clean- and started to spray all over. I was on my phone and eating, saw something spraying over me me and looked up, and there he was spraying all over me, the table I was using, my jacket, purse, everything.

I was the only Asian there, and I hate to think but this was definitely done with ill intention. Already filed a complaint, I hope they deal with this guy, and I definitely won't be back.

One of the best Pret locations (I v visited nearly every one in Manhattan)! Very clean, spacious, plenty of seating and nice people work there. Coffee is decent, food is always fresh and tastes well. Love this place.

Great coffee, I even have a premium subscription. But it’s incredibly frustrating that this location is NEVER open on time. They almost always open close to 30 minutes to an hour later than what their posted business times are.

Good place for coffee, sandwiches and other hot food. Have a variety of coffee as standard and likewise for food. Good seating with additional seating upstairs.

The seating uarea upstairs is ALWAYS taken up by rowdy kids! Staff never cares and you just can't have a moment of peace.

My favorite place to get coffee (granted it is right next to my work). Maybe not the best coffee I've had but the friendliness and service make up for it
