Location’s great. Staff is cool. The store is clean and the hours are reasonable.

But the 5/5 rating is for one of the baristas. His name is Jorel and he’s a true example of what old school New York hospitality means.

Case in point. Offered to watch my bags as I went into the restroom. Without prompting or asking. Not something I’ve experienced in a long time in NYC.

I came into this pret and scanned a item to download it, I walked over to sit down while looking at the app the guy who works there says to me “ you cannot charge your phone” I felt racially profiled because I was never charging my phone I sat down pulled out my credit card and began scanning the menu. A white lady who was next to me said well what’s the issue even if u was and I saw that u was scanning the menu. Maybe because I was black but I feel like these workers need to be more curtious on what they say to people instead of assuming someone’s charging the phone and not buying food. I will not be purchasing anything from here ever again.

179 broadway sent me the wrong salad I called 7times no one picked up so I decided to call another location and spoke to someone finally and she was able to help. So if u want to order from 179 broadway be aware that if they mess up ur order they WILL NOT pick up the phone at all. Thanks Norma for helping me out and understanding the situation

Very friendly and merciful team of employees with great ice coffee and croissants. This was my second time in this particular branch and it felt even better!

Website says they're open today from 9am-4pm. It's after 10: 30am and staff are visibly in there but it's still closed.

Food are always fresh especially in the morning. All Yogurts are so delicious. Price is descent. I recommend it all the way.

The food is decent but for some reason I always end up with at least one strange fragment of…something in my mouth that I feel compelled to spit out. Anyone else have this issue? Lmk thx

I just bought at the shop at 50 and 8th Manhattan a bowl of lentils soup to take home and at home I open it and I found mold. Uneatable. Nobody answers to the phone.

Pret website and maps say that it opens at 6: 30 AM on weekdays, but the notice on the front door says that it opens at 7: 00 AM. Waited outside until 7: 05, and still it wasn’t. Three employees inside were all chatting among themselves, looking at the phone with no care in the world, and didn’t bother.

Prices are ridiculous Lehigh for no reason the quality of their materials are not even worth buying
