The food is great, there are lots of vegetarian and vegan options that are delicious. The coffee is good and they warm up certain dishes for you, overall a great place.

I was already spending $8.71 on the world’s smallest and most flavorless sandwich and they wouldn’t give me a side of salad dressing because they “don’t sell those”. They were already premade in the kitchen for the salads they put out, packaged and everything.pretty wild but not surprising <3

My little sister and I went for a nice cup of tea. The place was so warm, service was great and the view to the city while drinking our tea was everything.

We stopped here because it started pouring rain out of nowhere, and unfortunately, we did not have any ponchos. We just grabbed a few drinks and some coffee, waiting to see if the rain would die down. It continued to stay pretty steady, so we went next door and were able to grab some ponchos. The place was pretty busy when we first got there, so there was nowhere to sit. As it started to empty out a bit, though, we were able to grab a spot up front. We stayed here for about 20 minutes, then got back on the road. The service was nice, and everyone was taken care of quickly. There are also snacks in case you want to grab something quick to eat.

Had a quick take away meal during lunch break. The line was long and moving slow, the food was below average, but still healthy and better that alternatives in this area of NY. Price rather high, but expected. Would not go there again, cause in my opinion it's not worth it.

Pret's just value for money, especially compared to Starbucks. Free oat milk subs and their savoury food is healthy and tasty.

I found few options for breakfast. The cookie was very hard. The croissant was sickening. But the latte was very good

Dine in. Pret was our favourite place to go for a quick sandwich and a coffee. Many pret a manger shops have closed. We finally found one. But the almond croissants were not the same crispy ones we used to eat before, coffee was cold and the atmosphere in this pret unwelcoming, Sandwiches were fresh and fine. Not our favourite anymore.

Pret is my go to place, every time I visit New York. Today I experienced rude staff for first time, I ordered decaf coffee and it looks like the guy taking order didn’t hear it and when I asked why it’s not decaf he said I didn’t ask for it where I had clearly mentioned I need decaf, he was extremely rude, in previous visit two days back the same guy got agitated because I was paying with cash, the guy seems to have serious attitude issues, he is the one who works at this Pret I think in morning hours, both instances happened with me with same guy who wears head band. First incident took place on 25th April 2023 10 am, and second incident took place on 27 April 8: 25 am. That guy is extremely rude, did not expect this from Pret staff as I have always experienced good polite staff at other branches

Extremely rude staff! This was my first time ever buying from pret and definitely my last time (at this location) I brought a salad, a drink & chips but the chips ended being expired a week ago. As soon as I was ready to pay, the cashier worker caught an attitude that I was using cash. After having all the people who ordered drinks stand to the side, she then shouted want milk did I preference instead of asking me when I had made the order at the cashier. After I said my preference of milk loud and clear she then asked me again. After that she mumble "speak up then" towards me. At that point I was upset and uncomfortable. I didn't even feel like asking for a fork or straw, because I felt embarrassed. I then had to go down the block to starbucks and ask for utensils (which they politely gave me) I then decided to eat outside at the park across the street from pret, because why would I want to eat inside. The atmosphere & environment wasn't welcoming. Next time I rather go to the other pret down the block.

Needed a super quick lunch before a 2pm show - lines at Cava and other assembly line type places had lines out the door and Pret came through in the clutch! Delicious premade wraps in the heart of Times Square.

Friendly staff lots of selections i tried the plain croissant it was ok the orange juice was ok too

Pathetic attitude of staff for not allowing us to use the restroom even after requesting for changing baby diaper. Racist attitude as the staff allowed others to use the restroom. Had we known we would not have sat down to eat at this outlet.

Should change their name to pas de prêt à manger. After three visits with no hot food available, I finally asked if they still make hot breakfast items. They told me it was still too early (8 am).

Emlooyees didn't let me use the restroom today December 22,2022. T he told me they close it because the store was going to close early at 5pm but it was 2: 50pm. Is that ok?

For a quick meal, or to grab and eat at the office, this is the ideal place. Wide choice, even vegan.

Really good pasta and wrap.very clean place,
Music at an acceptable volume and very very courteous staff.
