Price Chopper, Warwick NY

The store was clean and the prices were comparable to other grocery stores but the woman running the self checkout was extremely rude and short tempered. Gave me a hard time about how many groceries I had which was less than I normally have and I have asked several other employees if that was ok and they have told me it was fine, this was not my first visit. She also gave me attitude about an item that wouldn't scan as if it was my fault. And I saw and heard her being rude to another employee that was trying to help her when the item wouldn't scan. It's a shame because the other employees I've dealt with over the years have been fantastic including the poor woman that got attitude from that rude lady.

Everyone was helpful and friendly in this store inside and out. Very unique place. 1.49 per lb for pork loin were absolutely delicious. 2.50 per dozen large eggs. And a free charging station. 5 stars.

I went with my mother yesterday afternoon around 5: 30 pm. After paying for our groceries, my mother wanted to play the lotto, and we went to the Guest's Service to buy the lotto tickets. There was an impolite girl at the Guest Service on her cell phone. She kept us waiting until a lady came and offered to take care of us, and the rude girl insisted on taking care of the situation. In other words, " I got this; I don't need help, " while she was on the phone. We were leaving the store, and the impolite girl was still on her cell phone—poor customer service. My mother did not like how she was treated, and she would not want to go back to this supermarket.

This store actually makes my shopping experience enjoyable. Beautiful, clean, and clearly labeled and sensibly laid out aisles. Staff has always been helpful and friendly. They always have all my grocery staples.

Great place to shop, especially the Seafood section. Large variety to shop from and always fresh. Staff is courteous and always willing to assist you. Definitely recommend shopping here.

Been going to this location for awhile and have always been treated w/courtesy. Not only is the place spotless but a few weeks ago I was given a raincheck when the lobsters had all been sold out. I definitely recommend this location since the staff members do go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you.

I'm a regular pricechopper shopper.only gripe I have is the riding carts don't always work or haven't been plugged in, and I am one who needs to have access to them.

I like Price Chopper, the store never feels crowded because of the wide aisles and I like their organic section too. The store is clean and the cashiers are very nice and helpful. Last but not least, the bakery is fab; they make great tasting birthday sheet cakes.

Occasionally stop in for the fried fish dinners which are pretty good and maybe once or twice a year for other items. Last night after work I stopped by for a couple of dinners around 6: 00 and the seafood department was all packed up. The sign on the counter says it's open until 8: 00. Since the fried fish was really all this place had going for it and I can't get dinner at dinner time anymore I'm done for good. No wonder the parking lot is always empty.

Their baked goods are the best around here. The store is always clean. Not a big selection on soy dairy products unfortunately.

Very clean store. Tons of product selection. Staff is so nice- my little one lost her foam ice cream cone she got in a bubble gum machine, and like 4 staff helped her find it. Great day at the CHOPPAH!

This is a very clean and neat, well-stocked supermarket. The personnel are pleasant and informed. It competes against a remodeled huge Shoprite across the road. Prices are a bit better at Shoprite but, it is a zoo sometimes especially on senior day and weekends.

I ordered four slices of pizza and their computer wasn't working to ring me up so basically me and my son took a picture of the SKU codes so we can ring up after we eat and we threw the box out.some man went through the garbage followed us through the store and said that's a bad start assuming we're shoplifting so I showed him the picture that I took of the SKU codes and he turned red I will never shop here again

Reading these reviews are people who probably go to shoprite. I have worked both stores and I can say shoprite is dirty. When the water is down and no way to was your hands for safety reasons your supposed to close well not shoprite the infestation of mice is horrible yes I'm sure every grocery store has it. But when they ignore the employees and wait months to take care of a problem it's all about the dollar not the customer. Price chopper is alot cleaner. With covid pretty hard to stock. They only person I can say I had issues with is the store manager she is not very nice.

Does pull crowd. Probably because store is not well stocked. Items are priced higher than a neighboring grocery store. The do have amazing breads.
Staff looks uninspired too. Perhaps management needs some reshuffling?

Prices are higher than I thought they would be. Selection is not as good as ShopRite. But it is a smaller store. The people are pleasant and helpful. And the quality of the products such as meats and bakery is very good.

Store never has more than 3 registers open, long lines. Customer service desk is always closed. Never anyone around to ask for help or if you do eventually find someone they aren’t helpful. Management is rude and unhelpful. Don’t waste your time at this location I suggest going elsewhere

Great selection but horrible service by their cashiers. I'm not sure if their prejudice or just plain ignorant and mean. Sadly only 2 real grocery stores in my new home area. Well I shall stock-up elsewhere. Sad as it is a beautiful store and plaza.

It appears price chopper has non engaged employees. Bad service. And high prices. Used to be one of my favorite stores but appears it's way downhill

I'm very pleased with this store. I used to go to shoprite in Franklin NJ, then a friend recommended this place. I'm never going back to shoprite!
