Price Chopper / Market 32, Utica NY

Great assistants. Great cashier. They waited for me to get my stuff I needed before they closed. Very thankful for thier patients. Got some great lamb chops. Good looking fruits and veggies. Only complaint is that I was looking for Apple crisp pie mix. But it was not where it usually is which is by the bags of apples. I asked several assistants and they could not find it.

I went there to get a bunch of tuna fish for my cats for Xmas. The guy who was running the self checkout was very helpful. Guy in a wheel chair not that it matters im just being descriptive. He was helpful and lemme use the store card because I forgot mine. That was a nice courtesy.

I like going here. They have good deals frome time to time. The lines are long most times but the workers are nice & helpful. Clean

Oct 31, around 7 pm I went to get a new card so I can shop using the rewards program since my old one wore out. I gave the attendant (i think name started with a K) my ID so she can give me a new card. However the young attendant got upset when I had informed her that my address recently changed. She seemed upset so I gave her my new address but she also forgot to add the apt number so when I informed her of that, she rolled her eyes and huffed loudly. She loudly and aggressively said I’ll get a new one in the mail. I don’t know if it was just because she didn’t want to be there or if she was having a tough day but if you are having a tough day please don’t take it out on customers. I cried in the car for a good 15 minutes. I wish she had been kinder. I’ve had other bad experiences here too but this one was the latest that has made me feel bad especially because this time my partner was with me for this.

If I was to rate this store out of ten, I would rather not rate it at all. Half the staff is nice, the other is insanely rude. The worst part is the prices. Not only are they high but they are wrong. Every, single, time I have been to this store the items listed price is different than the checkout price. Grocery prices are already pinching everyone where it hurts and its a real pain when my expected bill is a couple dollars more because the store can't price its items correctly. Like it's bare minimum this store should be doing.

My local shop I go here after work every Sunday. Friendly staff and never really that crowded.

Pricechopper pharmacy is the go-to for SPEEDY vaccinations! Less than 10 minutes and your all boosted up for traveling over the holiday seasons!

Always have the freshest Doughnuts! This is a must to get! Their rotisserie chickens are good too and the sides that you can get to go with it, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, etc is good too but I wish the price would drop a little.

Produce and meats were terrible, I was surprised how this store fell off on quality. Bargain grocery stores make this one look sick. Prices are way too high for this sad quality

It's like most other grocery stores. Tho some times they can be a more pricey. But an okay store. They have deals most days just bring your reward card or sign up for one

I ordered flowers went I left home they were ready and most beautiful flowers you have ever seen the girl who waited on me on the phone knew who I was and greateted me with utmost respect

This store always has a dirty smell to it, the meat section looks like it was ran through by animals, and the prices for EVERYTHING is beyond over what a lot of people in the area of the store can afford.

They have a good variety of everything here in their produce, bakery section as well as their deli too. I just happen to hit that week when everything was on sale. ️

It's very consistent and easy for me to deal with. I'm a self check out person, and that's even a plus. Nice employees too.
